In 1970 Eddie Judy's father, Hiriman Judy, and mother, JoEtte Ott Judy, started a heating and cooling business in the small town of St. George SC. The two of them ran this successful business until 1988, when their oldest son, Eddie Judy, joined them and expanded the business
