We experienced a significant water leak (as if any could be considered minor), and Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling promptly dispatched a plumber to our aid. The plumber swiftly pinpointed the source of the issue and then proceeded to work tirelessly. This involved accessing the large pipe concealed behind the kitchen sink cabinet, which necessitated the careful removal of a section of the cabinet in a confined space. Subsequently, the plumber expertly removed a segment of the thick, 68-year-old iron pipe and seamlessly replaced it with a new section. Additionally, the old garbage disposal unit was replaced. The task presented numerous challenges, but the plumber displayed unwavering diligence until the matter was resolved. His resourcefulness and pleasant demeanor were commendable, and we are exceedingly pleased with the outcome. While the pricing was not inexpensive, it was fair given the complexity of the job and the prompt response. Without hesitation, we will enlist their services for any future plumbing requirements.

We had a hiccup with a misdiagnosis, but Limbert, the company's owner, personally came to our house, identified the problem and offered a couple of low-cost solutions. A couple of weeks later, after my getting the flow preventer cocks I needed to replace, he came again to install them. He is an honorable man who clearly cares about his company's image.

Our water heater broke on a Thursday evening. Reached out to Arlington Plumbing at 9 pm and received a response that night. They had someone at our house the next day with a new unit and installed it before the weekend. Huge relief with two small children at home.
They were honest and professional with other questions I had around the house, giving me ideas for DIY fixes as opposed to charging me for unnecessary work.
I would highly recommend this company and they are my go-to plumbers.
