He was very knowledgeable and professional and easily diagnosed the problem with my outside unit! I called Washburn close to a noon hour and spoke with Mary. She was asked if my service request was urgent. I said that is was not urgent. These guys are the best! My heating system was almost irreparable due to a botched job from a different company. Washburn Air went above and beyond for us. We had two different companies look at our issue, and neither one of them could solve the problem. One suggested we purchase an entire new unit. Washburn Air was able to trouble shoot our system's issues and fix them for a fraction of what a new system would have cost.
