Outstanding service from Benji Ben from Affordable Heating & Air. He was on time, respectful ( do you need me to take off my shoes), identified the problem immediately & saved us a lot of money - turned out we did not need a whole new unit after all. Not only that, but he was incredibly engaging & helped us out more than we expected. Thank you Benji - we will definitely come back to this company, but want Benji Ben to be our technician :)

Eric was amazing! He was very friendly, knowledgable and well versed in the explanations of issue and resolution. His professionalism multiplied the confidence level for the organization. The other staff at the business are also very understanding and extremely committed to providing top tier assistance in all aspects. Affordable Air LA was top notch from the first point of contact. Their tech, Jeremy, was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and honest. I was given regular updates as to his ETA, and he showed identification immediately upon arrival. He diagnosed the problem quickly and used photos and video of my system to support the suggested services to remedy my air-conditioning problem. Great communication, competent and knowledgeable service, and attentive to my schedule. Very happy.

I have been through 3 different company's and the prices were disrespectful. Almost double what affordable quoted me. Eric was very knowledgeable and polite and friendly. He spent two hours at my house going through and explaining everything to me and my wife. Very good and down to earth guy. I didn't feel comfortable with any of the other three companies I had over each one just had their own way of trying to sale me a pitch which I asked them not to do.

I explained that to Eric when he arrived at my house and he said "well that stops here" by the time he left I had given the deposit and was well satisfied with my decision. To top it off my big dog river doesn't allow anyone in my home and I was amazed when he let Eric pet him and even sat down next to him. Very happy

With all available resources online to research, Eric M., was amazing! He really knows his field of work! Very professional and friendly. Difference experience in that Eric really cared on what new system I need installed in my home along with showing different brands too. I almost wanted to pinch myself with their quote offer! Benjy was very thorough in assessing the state of the ac situation. He was easy to work with and explained the process of ac installation adequately. Donna, the owner, made sure I received senior/teacher discounts. I was pleased with the whole process.

I don't know where to start, Jimmy came out today to give us a estimate on a new ac system package, I was giving our system a deep cleaning bcus I was convinced that it still had some life left. After being told by ABC air and heating that I needed a new system and left with a last comment when I asked to give me an idea of the cost, Ivan said let someone else drop the cost on you then, will do it for under what they charge.

Well I guess he figured since I'm a women I was a danzel in destress, wrong! I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and I did my research, Jimmy got my system going, it's going to get it thru at least so we can get our finances in order to do the new install, they won my business and I will be using them for our new AC, sorry ABC heat n air your effort to not know how to earn my business and your arrogance got you nothing but a bad review. Jimmy your a God sent, so knowledgeable and honest. Oh and I just referred my neighbor, she had a quote from ABC as well, I'm sure she will go with Jimmy.

I finally needed to replace Our ac unit at our home and called about 3 or 4 Places to get quotes, I was referred to Donna from a friend and got a quote from her, by far they were the best option, not only Cost but professionals as well, I wanted something done asap and they were able to fit me in, her team were very nice and did an amazing job. Highly recommend. Good service great work.

I'm very happy with choosing Affordable Heating and Air to replace my Upstair/Downstairs AC units. Lorraine did an excellent job finding me a replacement system at a price point within my budget. Her knowledge and experience was extremely helpful in choosing which option best suited my needs. Eric came out yesterday to do a pre-site inspection and his expertise and experience was also extremely helpful.

This company is amazing from scheduling to their technicians. I called to get a quote for HVAC maintenance since I've never had it done. My HVAC technician was Eric and he was extremely thorough and didn't shame me for not getting things done sooner.or ever. He was transparent with everything and recommended certain things that should be done immediately vs some things that could wait.

I've had such a bad experience with various HVAC companies that I was very skeptical on trying Affordable Heating and Air; however, I am glad I decided to give then a chance. From the moment of the first phone call I was met with professionalism. The individual I spoke with on the phone and Eric M. who came to my home were receptive, polite, and professional in all levels. Eric did a really great job inspecting my unit and providing with thr necessary details I needed for the upkeep of my unit. They were able to send out a Technician that was not only knowledgeable about everything but he did a great job on installation. Martin and his team were honest, friendly, upfront, and walked me through exactly what needed doing (and why) and answered tons of questions. Our heating system had been installed in the most amateur (and likely dangerous) way. They put it all right and weren't trying to upcharge or add tons of little fees, they just did a great job and communicated clearly. Definitely recommend them.
