Their response time was impeccable, and the quality of their service was refreshing. Although costs are rising everywhere, their overall performance was well worth it. I highly recommend them.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air. I'm in the process of selling my home and the AC, although working, needed a new fan motor. It is an older system but in great condition other than the fan motor. Mario (love this guy) went out of his way to hunt down the motor and came back within 2 days and installed it. He checked everything before he left and everything is working great. If you ever need your AC worked on, maintained, or replaced, they are the guys to call. Ask for Mario.

Mario is very conscientious and good at what he does. Very friendly too. Takes pride in his work.

The hardest part of being a single female homeowner is requesting service on key components of your home. These things include big ticket items like plumbing, heating, electrical etc. I had Burgeson install a heat pump on my ADU less than 2 years ago. I've had to call them back 3 times because it stopped working. On the coldest day possible, the heat pump stopped working. I needed someone right away, so I called Redlands Plumbing. I stressed the entire hour, wondering how much the cost would be to repair whatever was wrong. I honestly expected the company to take advantage of me. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE....Jonathan Angulo was the tech that Redlands Plumbing sent to my home. He inspected my home for approximately 20 minutes. Mind you, I was at the hospital while he was checking my property. The only person home was my tenant, who is a blind disabled vet. Mr. Angulo findings concluded that I had a loose wire and a dirty vent. He only charged me the service fee for coming out. This company had an opportunity to take advantage of me, and they didn't.

It is my understanding that the manager at Redlands Plumbing name is Mr. Mati. I just want to extend a huge thank you for doing such a great job with your staff. Mr. Jonathan not only displayed excellent customer service, but he also provided HONEST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE.

Josh came out to my house back in August to do a ton of repairs and walk me through my options due to neglect on my part of not servicing and taking care of my system. Air conditioning and heating have been working great since then and I'll be reaching out to utilize my second round of silver maintenance shortly. Great work and thank you Josh for all your help!

Our heater stopped in the middle of a cold winter night here in Lake Arrowhead, dispatch was very helpful and nice, they let us know they would be contacting a technician and he will call us with an ETA soon.
What really amazed me was when a technician called back so quickly past midnight, not only that, but the tech (Josh R.) was so helpful even though I for sure was responsible for waking him up. Josh was very knowledgeable and patient in resolving our heating issues. I'm so thankful for his help in getting everything working again in a timely manner in the dead of night.

A few days ago, my mountain cabin neighbor (David English) had the old plumbing in his cabin completely replaced by Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing. Vicente and his plumbing crew arrived on schedule and went right to work. The crew was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They completed the work in in one day; the original estimate was two days. The completed installation is very neat, and the area was left clean. David highly recommends this plumbing contractor.
