I requested a visit because I was considering installing a whole house humidifier system. What I really appreciated was that the gentleman who came helped talk through the decision with me, explained a TON to me and helped me determine that I don't need this system. Rather than just trying to make $ off me on that visit, you have earned my trust and now if I have other needs in the future, I will be calling Super Brothers and no one else.

I used Super Brothers to upgrade my waterheater using the SMUD rebate. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and did a great job. They made the rebate process easy, and were the most competitive in pricing. Every 3rd party I've spoken to about them also highly recommended them. I am very happy I went with Super Brothers for this project!

In November I received a thorough HVAC and plumbing consultation from Gadji Zagirov, who works with Super Brothers. Our house was built in 2020 and we used "a LOCAL HVAC Company" (I won't mention it's name). Gadji caught some installs that were not up to code and he recommended to fix them in a timely manner. Copper piping from the AC unit was not isolated which will lead to loosing Freon.

That would be an expensive mistake. I'm bummed because the crew that worked on our house did the work so fast that the quality wasn't there and some things will cost more to redo. I'm glad Gadji helped us and I appreciate his attention to details and quality of work! He is very experienced and won't cut corners and we would love to work with him again!

We had a great experience from beginning to end for replacing my water heater. Phone rep, Karen, was responsive and clear with the quote and expectations. Their technician, Mike, was professional and very friendly. He even took the time to explain shut off procedures and the new installed components. Price is reasonable and competitive. 100% recommend them for their services.

All I can say is "wow." This is the first time I've used Super Brothers and I'll never use anyone else. Since purchasing my home in 2018 I've dealt with 3 pipe leaks (all from the same area in the attic) and 5 different plumbing companies prior to Super brothers. With every other company I always felt like I was somehow getting shafted or being misled. Andrii with Super Brothers was amazing! Super Brothers repiped my whole house. First company to bid. Came in thousands of dollars under the other bids. Started a few days after we signed the contract and completed the whole job, with drywall replacement and texture in eleven days. I could not be more impressed. The lady (I believe her name is Gee, not sure of the spelling) I initially spoke to for a quote was very knowledgeable and was the reason I decided to go with Super Brothers. Andvii, was our installer. I can say he did a GREAT Job installing our new heat pump water heater. He is a perfectionist. He is the type of person I am always hoping will do the work when hiring out a job.

We've hired Super Brothers for several plumbing jobs over the past five years and they've always done great quality work and been easy to work with. When they notified me about big new rebates available for new heat pump water heaters, I jumped on the opportunity. They came out to do an assessment and give me a quote, and talked through the options in detail.

They even helped me figure out what electrical work I would need to get done before the install. They're always great about communicating and scheduling. We just had it installed and the technician stayed for ten hours on a hot day to see the project to completion! It's working great

They replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump. The price was excellent due to the rebates and it was a quality install. The installer doing the work did a solid job from plumbing the condensate drain, overflow tank, thermostatic mixing valve and running the electrical wire. We've been procrastinating about calling to deal with a plumbing issue way too long, we finally call and it was all fixed in one visit a day later. Service was great, the guy was respectful, and he came up with a solution to our plumbing problem that was more elegant then we'll expected.

Andre, one of their plumbers came to the house to fix our issues with clogged pipes. Andre is respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He came exactly on scheduled visit. He spoke with me about my problem, did a visual inspection and made an accurate diagnosis of the problem. He told me what the problem was and got my consent to work on it. He went down to work and gives me continuous update on the work in progress.

He didn't stop after getting the clogged pipe clear. He went back to it a few more times to make sure the pipe is 100% clog free. After an hour of hard work, our plumbing misery is over! I highly recommend Super Brothers Plumbing. I highly recommend Andre. He is a great asset to Super Brothers Plumbing company.

Complete satisfaction, excellent customer service and professionalism. I put an online inquiry into Home Depot late Sunday, May 26 for plumbing services. On Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day), I received a call early morning from Super Brothers Plumbing (Tony) to explain to him the services I needed. I have two toilets; one in need of repair (leak) and the other that needed to be replaced. Tony had an opening on Tuesday, May 28 that I had to decline so the work I needed to have done was scheduled for Wednesday, May 29.

I want to thank Tony for quickly setting up the appointment; clearly describing the work they would do; and providing me the cost. On Wednesday, May 28 Ray from Super Brothers showed up on time to repair one of the toilets and replace the other. I was very impressed by Ray. He was professional, worked hard, polite, and did everything that I needed to have done. He has an excellent work ethic and I appreciated all he did today, including cleanup. Thank you, John

Excellent company that did quality work in a ridiculously difficult space. They were fast, responsive, and professional and provided excellent service and quality at half (!) the cost quoted by another plumbing company. I will always consider Super Brothers Plumbing for future plumbing and heating work.

My water heater went out yesterday I called and Daniel helped me out gave me a cost out the door for Bay replacement which was harder than I thought it would be and Petyo was amazing he showed up early and went above and beyond to get my old water heater out and replace a new one fully up to code. After all is said and done he's still charged me the agreed-upon price. Call Super Mario Plumbing if you want to get taken care of by true professionals. If I ever have any issues I'll be calling these guys Everytime!

They responded quickly to my plumbing problem - my Rheem gas water heater quit working. The dispatcher who answered the phone (I didn't have to leave a message!) asked me to take a couple of pictures and send them to him. As soon as he received the photos he called me back with a quote. They had the replacement parts on hand, and the plumber who did the work (Ben) was quick, professional and accurate. He even spent time showing me how to relight the pilot if it should go out again. All for a fair price. Completely dependable -- I'm a happy customer!

Super Mario Plumbing was terrific! When I called in the morning the gentleman that answered was friendly and helpful and was able to get me a same day appt. Vadim showed up at my door a few minutes earlier than the start time which is unheard of! He was super polite and helpful, explained everything clearly and was upfront with the cost of anything that might be done.

He was super professional and I felt comfortable having him work on my issue without worry that he would take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have had this happen in the past with other businesses. There is a reason that they have such a good rating!

The Super Mario Team replaced our house plumbing and water line, installed a tankless water heater, new shower and kitchen faucets, and a new utility sink/faucets. They were very dependable and respectful of our time and inconvenience while we had no water access. Yurie and team would give us a time they would arrive each day and they were always on time. They worked very hard while they were on our property. We would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Bottom line: I wish I had requested service from Super Mario Plumbing to begin with. After unsuccessfully trying to deal with shady contractors provided by my home warranty company, I opted for the cash-in-lieu option to fix my water heater on my own. I called around to get price comparisons from a few companies. Daniel was really helpful, outlined the options and the respective costs (not to mention the friendliest of the companies I spoke with).

Finding them to be the cheapest option of all the 5 star plumbing companies contacted (which including the cost of the permit vs. non-permit work of others), I booked them the next day. Also note, there are no hidden fees or up-selling with Super Mario. The technician, Peter, called 45 minutes before his arrival, arrived on-time, was friendly and did a meticulous job installing the new water heater.

When he finished installation, he walked me through his work and answered the questions I had. This is what service should be like. Overall, an excellent experience. They deserve the 5 star rating on Yelp.

Right from first contact on the phone they were great. Very accommodating with scheduling. Told me the price right up front including any other possible charges. They put in a toilet and kitchen faucet on the same day I called. The guy that came was very nice, professional and quiet and clean. Got the job done right very quickly and no surprises. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My hot water heater was almost 20 years old so I decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater. Super Mario was nice and responsive from my first call to them. They did a bang-up job on install and even the city inspector commented that from what he sees, they always do good work. If I need any plumbing in the future, I will certainly recommend this company.

Nicest guys EVER. Fast work, explained everything they were doing. Cleaned out our pipes and the kitchen sink is working again! I called several local companies and decided on Super Mario Plumbing once I spoke to them on the phone. The best thing about this company I think is that they have a flat fee for drain clean out and promised if they can't get it working, it's free and there's a one month guarantee on what they do fix.

Many other companies charge per 15 minutes and even if they can't fix it, they charge a "service fee". Even though I know we have old plumbing, they didn't try to sell me anything. They were extremely polite on the phone and when they were here. With little kids and no kitchen sink for 48 hours, I've never been happier to do a load of dishes! Thank you Super Mario Plumbing. From the very beginning when contacting Super Mario, Daniel was very helpful in assisting me to understand their process. His first bit of information that caught my attention was that the business was open 7 days a week! Outstanding information for clients that are full time employees. As it turned out, I was able to schedule a Friday morning installation appointment.

The proposed schedule was for the installer to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. While it was closer to 10 a.m., this was not the fault of the plumber, however, Home Depot was not ready to deliver the water heater to him even though arrangements were made two weeks prior to pick the product up this date. Upon arrival, the process went very well, very friendly installer, and the removal, install, and clean-up took slightly more than 2 hours!

There is no doubt in my mind that if plumbing needs arise in the future, the first call will definitely be to Super Mario! Thanks very much for a great experience with your company!
