As a condo owner a state away I was looking for good local plumber. I called Hansen first. The contractor was easy to contact during after hours with the answering service, clearly documenting information. I received an early appointment the very next morning. Technician was on site by 8 AM. I received a text prior to his departure. Once on site the communication with technician regarding repairs and the cost was clearly stated. Technician clearly communicated the status of the repair after completion.
Service repair was quick (as expected) Cost was reasonable. I received an email copy of the invoice immediately after. Myself being a 20 year commercial service technician I can appreciate the level of service, punctuality and communication that I received for this repair. Thank you

I had Hansen come out and install a new built-in bidet toilet. Their customer service and timely response out the gate were much appreciated when I was getting quotes for the service, and they were also the lowest price in the area relative to the other quotes I received. They had a tech come out, review my supply line and the new toilet, then they wrote a quote to install the bidet toilet.
The install process was a bit bumpy, the technician that arrived was not aware that it was a bidet toilet due to a miscommunication in their scheduling system it appears, and he was not very familiar with that style of toilet. The install was left somewhat incomplete, however once I brought up my concerns to the office, the project manager at Hansen contacted me, made things right for the inconvenience, and also got a tech to come out quickly to finish the job. Good recovery.

Jerry was the most pleasant, easy personality. Being home without my husband, I'm a little apprehensive of workers coming to do something. He was so easy to work with and made me feel SO comfortable. He was knowledgeable, a great communicator and explained all he did as well as polite and courteous. I loved getting the bio on Jerry before he came as well!

We've had Hansen to our Scottsdale home twice. Scheduling is straightforward via phone, email, or web. I believe they give an honest estimate and complete quality work. The most recent visit involved replacing front and back outdoor spigot. The rear one is also the auto water feeder line to the pool. Mark replaced with copper. Quality, skilled work with upfront dialogue about a cost upcharge to go with brass to combat the AZ heat. Hansen is not inexpensive, but we felt they are reliable, thorough, and communicative. All plusses.

Great company to partner with. We had a leaky water heater and Jerry was out to investigate within minutes of our initial contact. He was professional, friendly, and well qualified. Jerry replaced our water heater the next day and stayed until 8 pm on a Friday night to make sure it was installed and working properly. He is by far the best plumber I've ever used and I would have no hesitation calling him back for more work. Hansen gets five stars in my book. Thanks!

A friend recommended Hansen Family Plumbing for a minor toilet clog and the service was great from start to finish! From the customer service call with Lily (can't recall), follow up text messages, to Preston showing up on time to resolve my issue, everything went smoothly. Preston fixed our toilet clog with a simple diagnosis, educating me through each step and providing me with options.
I appreciated his honest opinion, expertise, and speed of resolution. Who thought one would feel good about calling a plumber!? You made it on our recommendation list and we'll use you again.

Tate was our technician and he did a fantastic job on our broken water heater. The area that it was in was hard to maneuver, but he did it with a smile and get it done attitude. We were impressed with how quick he came out and was able to replace it. It is a slower season for them, but literally he was here within 30 minutes of my initial call. I would highly recommend Tate. He was worth every penny.

Sunday afternoon, found a water leak behind the wall of the shower. Found Hansen Family Plumbing on line. They had great reviews. Left a message at 6:30 am Monday. Lilly call me back at 7:30 am. She was so nice and very professional. She was able to schedule us for later the same day. Robert came out he was also friendly, very professional, answered all of our questions, fixed the leak and made sure we had resources for the restoration. Such a relief. Would use Hansen's again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We needed our clean outs plugged as they were missing caps and bugs were getting in as well as our AC run off pipe extended into the rocks. Receptionist was friendly and I was able to get a quick appointment. Anthony, our technician, arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He educated us on how to properly maintain our drains and answered our water softener questions regarding a future install. Service was timely and the price was great. Very pleased with the service from Erik and his team! Would definitely recommend to others for all their plumbing needs!
