I absolutely LOVE this company. With the colder weather coming, I turned on my heat one day and my house wouldn't heat properly. I called them up and they responded quickly sending Mike out to take a look at our HVAC system. He was able to identify the root problem and solve it quickly and efficiently. I feel much more confident having my home ready going into December! I can't recommend them highly enough!

This is a phenomenal company. Reliable Heating and Cooling came out to my house this fall and serviced my HVAC system. They were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. They also outlined a plan going forward around how to take care of my system. I am very thankful for their service and expertise and were very well priced. I will definitely go back to them in the future.

Could not recommend these guys enough. With temps dropping, my heater was not keeping up and with my elderly parents here, I was worried what the winter would bring. Michael came out right away and was able to get it fixed up and working. I also got a maintenance package to make sure we're covered for the coming months. If your heater is giving you trouble in the Charlotte area, I highly recommend them.

Jeff and the team were great. While the home warranty company (HWA) took forever, RMS was always responsive and quick to come out as soon as they could. We replaced an entire unit, and they were able to work with us to ensure no contact during this pandemic.

We just moved into our home 2 months ago. Two weeks ago we turned the A.C. on and got nothing. We have a home warranty on the home and put a claim in the day it went out. It was given to a different company and we didn't hear a thing from them in over a week. My wife called and put another claim in and within 2 hours RMS was texting me with and appointment that same day.

They diagnosed the issue and by the end of the day, the parts were ordered. As soon as the parts came in and the warranty company approved everything, they were right there again emailing to set the appointment. The appointment was set for tomorrow and my wife asked if there were any cancellations to please let us know cause we have been without A.C. for 2 weeks.

She explained to them that it was our upstairs unit and we have a baby. They fit us into there schedule to come install the new unit today. Every single person we have dealt with in this company has been top notch! Jay was on point with getting here to diagnose the issue and Jeff was incredible during the install (I will not hold it against him that he is a Patriots fan, lol).

Mark and Bill were also here during the install and did a great job! I cannot thank this company enough for squeezing us in and making sure we were taken care of! Class act company right here!

Jason A. was dispatched from Reliable Mechanical Services (RMS) my house in order to evaluate and report back to my insurance company about the issues going on with my A/C unit. RMS was extremely did a great job handling the insurance claim and Jason A. was an excellent face to put with RMS for my first ever dealings with them. The messages sent to my phone letting me know what was going on and when Jason was on the way was great. Thank you

Jeff and his crew are awesome! They helped us deal with our insurance company when our A/C went out. They made sure we were ok during the process since we had a newborn at home. They definitely went above and beyond to help us stay cool!

I can't begin to describe how happy I was with the service RMS gave me. Shannon worked with me over the phone to get me scheduled and handled my home warranty claim. Jason, the initial tech, came out and thoroughly checked my system to find my evap coil needed to be replaced. And a 3 person crew came out and installed my parts in less than 2.5 hours.

Every interaction I had was friendly and professional from start to finish. My house is cooling great and I couldn't be happier. I will use RMS for any AC job going forward. Thanks guys!

Moving & buying a house while out of State was a bear of a process that I never want to go thru again! Reliable Mechanical Services made my HVAC needs the least of my worries. They were professional, informative, & most importantly quick/easy to schedule service. When they left my home I had a complete understanding of my HVAC System. They also performed maintenance on my System for a great price. I enjoyed their service call so much, I had to sign up for their yearly maintenance package to keep peace of mind. Yesterday, which was Labor Day, was our first experience with RMS. Surprisingly, I received a call back in a reasonable amount of time by Jeff. He advised that someone would be out today (Tuesday) between 9am - 10am. Sure enough, I got a call by Jason to let me know he was en route and he arrived before 10am. Jason quickly diagnosed our no cooling issue, he left to pick up a part, called me again in a short period of time to advised that he was en route back to our home. He arrived, replaced the part (fixed the issue) within minutes and after payment, he was on his way to the next call. Wow!

Jeff was highly recommended for an issue with my ac/heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was honest and fair and would recommend him without any reservations. A pleasure to do business with.
