PV is our go to for any HVAC work or planning. They installed our complete system about 7 years ago, and have used them to maintain it ever since. They come 2x a year to check and maintain the system before each major season change, and anytime we have an acute issue that needs addressing. Just last week, Leo came out to solve a niggling recurring problem that only happened under certain circumstances.
He thoroughly checked multiple systems that could have caused the issues, and systematically addressed the problems in the chain until he found the root cause. He had to dig deep to the brand and team resources in our system type, and learned something new in figuring out our strange problem. I'm so happy that PV has great techs like Leo on their team!

They were great. Our heat went out on the weekend during below freezing temps. I was able to schedule an appointment via their prompt answering service. We have a maintenance contract with Clout who not only didn't answer their phone but didn't even bother to return either of my messages. Our tech was very good and professional. I appreciated him wearing shoe coverings without being asked as I have a crawling baby. Needless to say, we will be switching our maintenance agreement.

Very quick and professional. The girl I spoke to Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and updated me thought the visit as to when parts would arrive and got my heat back going no problem. Steve knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he got here and fixed it super fast. My technician Russell was the friendliest, most professional, well versed tech that has serviced my hvac unit since being installed 2 years ago. Some techs come in, get the job done as fast as possible so they can move on. Which I understand on a busy schedule. But Russell Minor explained to me what he has doing step-by-step making sure I understood what and why, he was working on the tasks he was completing.
As soon as he walked into my home, until the got in his truck, he made sure I was satisfied with the service and the quality of work he was there to do. Hire more folks like Russell.

This is the first time I have used PV Heating & Air, and it was an emergency. The other company I have been using was just not responsive. PV was incredibly responsive, very professional, and truly personable. Alex (the tech who came out) was fantastic, knowledgeable and didn't mind my (endless) questions. I actually signed a service contract with them on the spot. PV Heating & Air is my go to from this point on.
