I have used your products for 15 years, recently had to replace my unit. I could not find a filter and found out I could now order direct, had it in three days. It fit perfectly. These filters are great. Thanks for a quality USA product. Keep up the good work

If there were 10 stars, I would double the 5 stars as that's how great the air sponge is as well as their superior customer service. I live in Orlando, near Disney, where they create a moment of magic, not misery, for the millions of tourists who visit here each week. Yet, Rachel, Elissa, Richard and their team have always gone above and beyond with their service.

I truly appreciate them! I am ignorant when it comes to air filters and correct sizing, etc. Alyssa was very patient with me and walked me through how to measure for my soon-to-be custom built frame they built and sent with the filters. I recommend going with a year supply and auto-reorder. Less worries and less stress. No more coughing in my home from the dust particles that my other filters always missed. Thank you Air Sponge Filter Company. You truly have made a difference. I can breathe again, and I love not having to change my filter every month. You guys rock!

I absolutely love these air filters! I used to use the flimsy cardboard ones from Home Depot but I can honestly tell the difference with these! 10/10 would recommend, please never stop selling these!

After all my research and nearly a decade of use in my home, I am convinced there is still no better filter being offered on the market. This is a remarkable filter and I highly recommend it.

Excellent product. When I called for information, the person was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the difference between off the shelf filters and their Air Sponge filters and frames. Glad I purchased the product.

I am the person that answers the phone and since we are not aloud to respond directly to the reviews I wanted to clear a few things up. To Dan Dan, I was not trying to come across rude. I was simply explaining that we do not sell direct to the user. You needed to contact your A/C dealer or you can find a distributor online. You did not like that answer and I just gave you a comparison to buying a simple chocolate bar.

This answer can also be applied to Joray W. since he was also upset he could not order direct. I was in no way trying to be mean to anyone, just an explanation as to why you could not order with me over the phone. To Elizabeth Rodriguez, I did not open the door for the simple fact that there is a pandemic and I am not allowing anyone in my warehouse so that we can stay healthy and keep sending out our customers orders.

I am not a store and rarely have anyone at my door other then deliveries. You kept pulling on the door and that was very scary to me. Sorry you took that in any other way then you were just too close. I am doing the best I can on the phone and I am sorry when I do not make everyone happy. I am very sorry if anyone was upset with me.

It's given us peace of mind living in an apartment building, during this awful COVID-19 pandemic. Makes so much sense to have multiple filter mediums to eliminate various pollutants from our home air. - I also love the way it has a custom fit for our ac system.

These filters are the best. They actually work.we can tell when the filter needs changing! Highly recommend them. I just wish the website were a little easier to use!
