We had a very professional visit from Gerald Largo. He was great, he answered all our questions and made sure before he left that we understood what work he had performed and why. In the time we have had these services/Warranty, this is the best experience we have had. Gerald Largo and Adam did an exceptional job with the inspection and cleaning on our AC unit. Their attention to detail, willingness to explain concerns they saw with our unit, potential future issues, and suggestions on repairs was so reassuring. Previous techs have either rushed through the inspection/feedback or focused on up selling.

This experience felt more like a partnership, a desire to fix an issue and the sales part just happens to come with it. Gerald is very knowledgeable and his desire to help others radiates. I highly recommend requesting this pair for future inspections. I know I will keep them on my list for future visits.

Scott was diligent and did an excellent job. When the condenser pipes froze he found us a solution that worked without another on site visit. He also made appropriate recommendations for another unit when need to replace it. Thank you Scott and Emergency.

Technicians were very professional. Wore shoe protectors so my home remained clean, explained what he had done and what needed fixed, explained pricing very clearly and reviewed their payment structure and financing. Would highly recommend

Kendrick came yesterday and did the maintenance on my air conditioner. He found an incredibly dirty filter in the unit and since it got too dark to continue, he came back today and did extra service cleaning the filter and did an exceptional job. If I could give more stars I would! My service technician was Gerald Largo and he was super! He came and explained everything he was going to do to check and service my unit. He showed me pictures of all of the components of my AC and explained their functions. Pretty much everything checked out super but attention was needed on a couple of items, which he showed me through pictures.

After getting my okay he fixed them that same day then showed me pictures of the work he did. He is such a knowledgeable, polite, and hard working man! Emergency Air Heating and Cooling provide wonderful follow up service in the products they sell.

Gerald Largo was an exceptional technician! I gave him 5 stars because he went above and beyond to be respectful of my property and wore shoe covers anytime he came in my house. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. I would highly recommend his services!

Everyone we have met from Emergency Air has been very knowledgeable and professional, very friendly and personable, and provided great service. They take the time to do the job right and explain everything along the way. There is a right way and a wrong way to do things, and they do things the right way. If it were not for the amazing service from Ryker and Gary, I would not have given 5 stars. However, they immediately apologized for the issues I had with scheduling the services and then got to work. They were efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with this company.

Tech came in with good knowledge. Took his time to explain and suggest items I might need without being too pushy. Went through the entire system. The last guy didn't spend the time up in the attic as this tech did. I felt like I was being taken care of. The only complaint I would have is the processing fee. I get it but pretty high IMO.

The technician was the most professional and knowledgeable tech we've experienced. He took time and photos to explain to me in detail the problems with our a/c. He also explained and showed the work-arounds done by the previous home warranty techs. Now I understand why, even though we have solar panels, our utility bill is so high. To be quite honest, he did above and beyond the $39.99 a/c tune up special. I highly recommend Emergency Air.

Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. I also would like to state Summer was very helpful in making arrangements and follow-up for this service.

Not only did he display excellent punctuality, but his expertise and professionalism was truly commendable. I have been really happy with Emergency Air over the last few years. I signed up for their maintenance program and they send a technician out a few times a year to make sure my units are running smooth and give them a much needed cleaning. Yesterday they sent Gerald out and he was super professional and educated me on some the process, things to look out for, and even looked at a mini-split unit I have in my garage which isn't even part of my maintenance plan.

I was super satisfied and was informed about some bacteria I have growing in the blowers. He went over some different options to take care of the issue and it felt great to know that I will be able to take care of it right away before it gets into the ducts and becomes a major problem. Still a satisfied customer.

Ariel is amazing! He came out to do a second opinion inspection after a different company damaged my AC unit multiple times. He was able to immediately identify the poor workmanship and haphazard fixes from the previous company and knew the solutions. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I would be extremely comfortable with him completing the required repairs!

Your service tech William was very knowledgeable in a way when he ask if I wanted to watch and learn the process your company goes through to maintain a AC unit, was actually drawn in. Despite the heavy demand in AZ for repair, they were able to get a technician out to my house within a matter of hours! I was so shocked. They arrived, highly professional and they provided me options yet still explaining the complete situation in its totality. They have various financial options and can with almost any situation. I really trust and like this company! 5 thumbs up!

Truly amazing experience. They advertise 24/7 and they are, the phone was answered quickly Friday night with a very nice person on the other end. It was refreshing. She was able to schedule service Tech for the next day. When he showed up he was smiling and just as friendly, it was 117 on Saturday but he was as nice as could be. Our AC was back up and running quickly at a lower cost than the Company we normally use. I will be using Emergency air heating and cooling in the future.

My air conditioner was not blowing cold and not cooling down. I called to book an appointment for service. Andrew arrived and Had it up and blowing cold in minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He explained that I had some blown fuses and replaced them immediately. He thoroughly checked my whole system from thermostat, to air handler and of course the air conditioner itself. 118 degrees outside. And he was on the roof. Thanks Andrew! You saved the day! Dispatching did a great job orchestra ting the service.

Exceptionally professional. Courteous. On time. Knowledgeable My A/C stopped blowing cold air, and after doing my due diligence (making sure the evaporator coils were not frozen over, circuit wasn't tripped, etc.), I called Emergency Air and was given a timeframe between 2 and 6 in the afternoon, 2 being a little less than three hours from the initial call.

I received a text with said appointment. At about 1:30, I received another text letting me know (and a call) the name and photo of the technician (Michael R.) and that they were on their way. Michael arrived quickly, introduced themselves and quickly got to work. They had troubleshot and identified the needed replacement part by about 2:30. Michael gave the estimated cost to repair the A/C, along with an estimate for an additional compressor saver kit, while also honestly explaining the kit was absolutely not necessary to get my A/C up and running again.

After approving the fix, Michael R. had the A/C up and running and blowing cold air within 20 minutes. In total, Emergency Air had my A/C repaired less than 4 hours after my initial call, on a 113° day in the middle of July, and I get to sleep at home tonight instead of a hotel. Seriously amazing service
