We have been AJ Danboise customers for decades, and have had the opportunity to work with several service technicians during that time, none of whom comes close to providing the level of service we have consistently experienced with Martin. Martin provides excellent care for our HVAC equipment, and always takes the time to explain any remedial action that may be necessary--be it the replacement of a part or just an adjustment. Martin cares about his customers and their comfort, and we are a so fortunate to have him as a key member of our household care team!

Cary was fantastic! He was able to spot out issues we had in our home that needed immediate attention/replacement. Cary and his team John were very professional and educated and knew exactly how to tackle the job. They helped install my new vanities and new faucets. Cary noticed that our water heater tank was not installed correctly or up to code.

It was leaking carbon monoxide! And who knows for how long.! He suggested the right tanks for our home. Very satisfied with the job and also feel like I knew Cary for years as he was friendly. Thank you again for everything and keeping our family safer with the new tanks!

AJDanboise sent John Fox to service my water heater. The heater and water pipes needed to be cleansed because of possible Legionella contamination. John was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He explained what needed to be done and answered our questions. It was obvious he had done some research on what to do and this gave me confidence that he would fix the problem.

When he was done he gave me instructions to avoid the problem in the future. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

Very professional, Mike came out and inspect my hvac system. Went through everything in super detail and explains things to me. I wish the company could provide a better time frame on when they will show up though, all I got was "sometime in the day" instead of something like a two hour window.

Chris our technician proved that there are still good people to rely on when you have a tough situation to deal with. This company is a great value because they are honest and efficient with their practices and very fair with their price. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The technician did a thorough job investigating my AC problem (wasn't turning on) and repaired it. He then tested his fix and discovered a second problem after about 6 minutes. He returned as promised the next day with that new part and completed the repair successfully. I thus avoided a second service call. Mike was polite and professional, and even went around the house to enter from the back although this was more inconvenient.

I was able to get a service technician come to work on our AC unit within 2 hours of my call. Martin identified the problem and was able to fix it within a few hours. Parts were covered under the warranty and I only had to pay for labor. Once again, I am very satisfied with AJ Danboise and the quality of their service and their quick response time.

Cary Chwalek installed a Toxin Shield water treatment system. He also replaced 2 water valves. These 2 plumbing tasks were done perfectly. Cary is super organized, takes precautions to guarantee the work place is spotless after he finishes, and is able to respond to all questions thoroughly. I have used his plumbing services before and have always been impressed by his professionalism. Good work!

Dave came over within an hour of calling to inspect our sump pump and write up a quote. When we didn't commit right away, he wasn't phased and didn't hassle us. DJ Danboise came referred to my from a friend and I reached out via the web on a Sunday afternoon expecting a call back some time Monday. I got a call back like 25 minutes later and I was scheduled for when I needed them. I needed a cast iron toilet flange installed on my existing toilet drain pipe. It wasn't a standard install. First tech (younger guy) wasn't sure they could do it.

His supervisor took over the job and had it done in about an hour or so (including him going to get the parts). Clean job, friendly, punctual, helpful, etc. They're a bit more expensive than just a one off plumber or the "guy" everyone knows when they've "got a guy" but you're paying for professionalism and quality. I'll definitely call them again.
