Aloha, I would just like to leave a service review for the plumbers at Steve's Plumbing! For the past month we've been having some issues with our bathroom plumbing, and the plumbers from Steve's Plumbing have then absolutely exceptional! There was one plumber who stayed over four hours to try and solve our drainage problem. He did not leave until 1 AM and was so gracious after working so hard to resolve the problem which he did. However, we had an issue in the guest bathroom and our plumber Sunny was able to come in, assess the problem and work on the drainage until it was solved!
He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and even cleaned our tub and toilet before he left! We are very happy with Steve's Plumbing and hopefully the issue has been solved!

When our main water line into our house started hemorrhaging water (1 gal a minute!) I called up and down the Kilua Kona coast looking for help. It was Steve's Plumbing that replied right away, and Josh and Dell - two of their super pro plumbers - came right over, consulted and surveyed the situation and had a firm quote within an hour. Here we are three days later with a complete solution expertly done from excavation, laying pipe and restoring the entire area affected. Never seen better service, professionalism and two great guys to boot.

Steve's Plumbing is professional in uniform and interactions. They were easy to talk with and sincere while listening to your concerns. They were not insistent on what you needed to do. They did what you called them to do, did the work fast and professionally. They were polite. I would call them anytime over their competitors. I recommend Steve's Plumbing to others.

We had Jake (from Steve's Plumbing and Air Conditioning) come out to service our air conditioner, and we were pleasantly impressed with the level of care he took. He explained our system much better and more comprehensively than any other service tech before.and we've had several. He gave a bid that was fair and reasonable, then completed the job on the spot. I would highly recommend.

Thank you to Richard from Steve's Plumbing and A/C service for servicing our AC unit. It started leaking water on Thursday night, made an appointment online on Friday and got a call from their office. We were able to get our unit serviced on Monday. Richard was extremely informative and efficient. He gave us options for pricing. We were mostly concerned with the unit that was leaking, but he was able to clean the drain and service the other two units for a decent rate.
He also gave us maintenance tips for us to keep our ACs running well in between service appointments. Mahalo to Richard and Steve's Plumbing for helping us with all of our ACs, especially our leaking AC unit!

I was just looking for an estimate on replacing a shower surround. Turns out it's not in my budget, but Jamie and the office staff were so professional, communicated every step of the way. When Jamie came he had his mask on, laid a rug at the front door and put floor protectors over his shoes! Very impressed with that level of professionalism!

Leon was fantastic! Friendly, fast, thorough, and clean. Not sure if it's a good value since plumbing service pricing, but I'm very satisfied with the work so it was worth every penny. Leon and his apprentice were helpful and professional. I had many plumbing concerns as we just moved into this older home. After explaining all the needed repairs they were able to complete two of the more urgent things and then plan on doing the remaining repairs when possible. I am very pleased and look forward to the completion of the work.
