Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

Rodney saved the day! We recently had our bathroom renovated and could not figure out why our new toilet was not flushing the way it should be. We called Steve's as we have used them before, and Rodney was there the same day, quickly figured out the problem and a solution! He was able to gracefully pull out a few caps that had got pulled into the toilet bowl (during the renovation) which he thankfully had to spend sometime to get them out as they were really stuck in there. Thank you for taking your time Rodney to figure out the issue and find a solution!

Pipe Whisperer. Matthew Gillander is the name given to a man who will forever be known as the pipe whisperer. He speaks to stubborn pipes and gets them to release the clogs and bad mojo that stops the flow. Thank you sir for clearing the recurring clogs that other so called professionals could not. And he works his magic and still helps us mortals save money. from our family to you sir, you have our gratitude.

I had been trying for several weeks to get a shower drain installed. I had several plumbers look at the drain and was told that they had never seen a drain like this and was unable to do the job. I was starting to feel that I wasn't going to find anyone to install the drain. I finally contacted Steve's Plumbing who sent a plumber out the next morning and had the drain installed in 30 minutes. WOW! I was totally impressed with the speed and quality of their work and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. Thanks Steve's Plumbing for a job "Well Done"!

When our main water line into our house started hemorrhaging water (1 gal a minute!) I called up and down the Kilua Kona coast looking for help. It was Steve's Plumbing that replied right away, and Josh and Dell - two of their super pro plumbers - came right over, consulted and surveyed the situation and had a firm quote within an hour. Here we are three days later with a complete solution expertly done from excavation, laying pipe and restoring the entire area affected. Never seen better service, professionalism and two great guys to boot.

Steve's Plumbing is professional in uniform and interactions. They were easy to talk with and sincere while listening to your concerns. They were not insistent on what you needed to do. They did what you called them to do, did the work fast and professionally. They were polite. I would call them anytime over their competitors. I recommend Steve's Plumbing to others.

Steve's Plumbing and AC came recommended to me so I called them when I had an issue with my old AC unit. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Jake came out for the service call in the early part of the window given to me (always helpful!). Jake explained everything, gave me options for a repair needed as well as let me know what to expect within the next 2 yrs so that I could plan. No high pressure upselling and he fixed the problem. I will use them again if/when the need arises!

We detected a leak coming through the ceiling and called for a plumber right away. Steve's Plumbing was the first to respond and they let us know we'd be contacted within the hour. Two hours later we received a call and was told to expect someone shortly. Levi arrived and assessed the situation, recommending a leak test be done. Three holes in the ceiling and $729 later, Brendan was able to identify the source of our leak, and recommended we replace a section of the pipe.

The pipe replacement was done quickly and we also opted for additional preventative maintenance be done throughout the house. Brendan was very professional and provided insight into what we should keep an eye on. I would provide additional stars, but didn't care for the fact that they ask an additional fee to warranty their work. I'm not sure if this is an industry standard, so take that with a grain of salt.

Shawn and Isaiah were the 2 techs that came over to help me. They were able to come hours ahead of schedule. They made sure to cover their shoes when going into the house and removing them when they exit. They did this very diligently. This little detail says alot in their attention to details. They cleared the drain blockage and took pictures and video to show the results and explained what was happening during the process.

They made sure to cleaned all areas where they working and assisted me in placing back the freezer that was covering one of the drain clean-out access. Kevin was our plumber and he was professional, timely and explained everything that needed replacement/repair. We had several issues and had them taken care of, with a more complex issue quote given via email and same day scheduled on the same day. Great service. Leon and his apprentice were helpful and professional. I had many plumbing concerns as we just moved into this older home.
