Tyler and his assistant, Jared are a breath of fresh air! Two young men with manners, knowledge, skill and empathy. The job was more difficult than they anticipated but they stayed and finished it and still took time to explain the workings of the furnace, etc. if you could clone them, you should! I've had 2 plumbing service experiences through Reimer. Both times with Steven Lakes. Steven is professional, efficient, trustworthy and stands behind his work. They called me to confirm my appointment and I was at my moms doctor appointment that took a bit longer than usual due to a new system they were using. I informed the lovely lady on the call, and she was so nice and moved my appointment down and sent the staff to another appointment to give me time to get home. While not being upset which is superb.

Then when my repair guy came Derrick very professional, introduced himself and ask how I was doing and ask if I had any questions for him. We went over all the questions and then he started checking the furnace. Afterwards, Derrick was very thorough in explaining the process of buying a new furnace from the basic standard to the high efficiency one. It was a great experience minus the bad news that I needed a new furnace but this made it easier to process the news. Thank you

Just moved in our new home and was not familiar with how to erase the various schedules in our thermastat. Zach came over sam day we called when we couldn't get the heat up to our desired temp. Andrew and Eddie serviced my 14-year-old furnace today. They made recommendations on how to prolong the life of my furnace, and also provided options for a new system. After careful consideration I decided to have a new system installed. They were extremely helpful and honest. This is the old furnace that will be replaced in two days. Our technician Andrew should be the gold standard when it comes to HVAC. His knowledge and understanding of our equipment was great and I learned a tremendous amount shadowing Andrew while he did his work, he went into detail the issues so I can understand what I was in for with cost etc. I would recommend this company for averyone and ask for Andrew this guy is solid.

We had Scott Skora come on Tuesday to evaluate our furnace and air conditioner- which were both 21 years old. They were on their last legs and Scott presented all the options for us. He was not pushy, he was straightforward and honest. He explained everything and we chose a furnace and air conditioner. He was able to setup installation for Thursday, 2 days later. Dan Brown and Mark Heuser came to do the installation.

They were both professional, hard working and did a great job. They worked all day and showed us how everything worked. They cleaned up, took away all the old equipment and my husband and I were extremely happy! I give all 3 of these employees 5 stars! Could not be happier with Reimer!

Zack Extremely ambitious, courteous, hard-working. He serviced my air-conditioning unit today on my service plan. He took all the panels off, showed me all that he was doing explained the filter needing change how to do it. He clean the coils tested the unit. Then he went outside. Did a thorough cleaning of my outside AC unit He tested the coolant levels: He also checked that electrical was working properly. He really earned my respect felt very good about his evaluation. Chris and his team installed a tankless water heater today (6/6/23) and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, timely and did a fantastic job explaining how the system works and addressing my questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Update (9/15/23) - Andrew serviced our central air unit and provided a very transparent and thorough overview of the system and recommendations. His input helped me make an informed decision to replace the AC and furnace. Very happy with the service and overall experience.

From the beginning this company has gone above and beyond to help us out. There are three separate technicians that had worked with us, Zach, Andrew and Dave. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They let me know exactly what needed to be done and what our options were and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. I called Reimer for the first time because I was having a leak with my shower. I was really impressed with their service from the start. The woman who answered the phone was polite and made great notes about the problem I was experiencing. She was able to schedule me same day. Marty came to the service call and was wonderful. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Carl came the next day to do the work and he was phenomenal as well. Highly recommend this company!

Zach was a great technician! He thoroughly and tentatively went through our AC unit to make sure everything was running well and also made recommendations for preventative maintenance. They were willing to come out at 9:00pm on a Friday night to fix my AC, we rescheduled for the morning. Dustin was friendly, smart and found the solution to a complicated problem within an hour! It's not everyday you find a local company with this level of service. We will definitely be using Reimer from now on! The price is right too!

I needed repair on my furnace Kevin was very knowledgeable and resolved my problem quickly. I decided to buy the maintenance plan from Reimer, so I also got my discount for the repair. Next I had my plumbing maintenance done Marty flushed my hot water tank and replaced the Parts in my toilets very professional and friendly. Today Dustin came to do the much needed maintenance on my air conditioner. He was very through, informative, (I learned some new things!) friendly and Professional. Called the business that we needed air conditioning repair work done, technician came the next morning, we decided to get whole new heating and air conditioning system, and they came and installed it the following day. Kept me updated with when they were coming, they came on time and were very prompt and efficient workers and got us set up all in one installation day. Went over everything with us. Very satisfied, thank you very much.

I am very pleased with Reimer Heating & Cooling. I had placed an emergency service request on a Sunday night and James Costianes responded immediately to my request for service. He was able to identify the issue and replace the part the same night of the call. He was professional and thoroughly explained the issue to me. This is the first time in the 16 years that I've owned my home that I've required cooling repair and I will be using Reimer going forward, and specifically requesting James C for maintenance services.

We had a laundry vent that was severely blocked. The vent ran up through the wall and over another wall. There was no way we were going to clear it. When we were looking for someone we could call, Google showed they had a great rating. We thought this was going to cost us a boat load to open two walls and re-run the vent line. Instead they came up with an alternative run that was extremely reasonable. Chris Reimer came over initially to evaluate the work that needed to be done and made the first suggestion, but since it wasn't what he did all the time he called Todd, who to our great surprise came over the same day.

He agreed with Chris and began the work right away. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable at the same time. Todd took his time and explained everything that he was doing. The work looked beautiful when finished. We cannot express how grateful we are to Reimer. Great employees excellent work. Thanks again.

Chris was an amazing guy! Helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable. He was great with our dogs and respectful of my home. If I had cash, I would have given him a tip! I would recommend for anyone, but especially for people needing the sense of security/ empathy.

I requested a service call for annual maintenance on my air conditioning unit. I have dealt with many air conditioning companies I the pas, and Reimer by far has been the most professional. Specifically, the technician by the name of James was outstanding. It was the first time meeting James. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as we went along. I would highly recommend their service and if you get a choice, ask for James.

We are new to the area. They sent Mr Marty to the rescue. He was the best plumber I've ever ran into and this isn't my first time with major issues in other states. They were on time, good communication, honest and most importantly reliable. 100% recommend to anyone who needs any type of ac or plumbing repair or simple work.

We had a furnace, hot water tank and sump pump replaced on two different occasions due to equipment failure. They were friendly, professional and experienced. Quick response. Explained everything in detail. What they quote you is what you pay. Highly recommend.

Very professional and on time. Offered advice on what we have available to us in either repairing or replacing our furnace. Also referred one of their plumbers to stop by to check our aging hot water tank. No charge plumbing inspection as well.

We woke up yesterday morning to a cooler than normal house. The furnace boiler was running but the house wasn't warming. We immediately called Reimer. After explaining the problem we were told they would call us back in a few minutes to let us know when someone could get here. A couple minutes later they called back and said someone would be here in about an hour.

Less than a hour later, Lou the service tech arrived. After running some tests on the pumps and electrical system, he diagnosed that the problem was with the relays that turned on and off the pumps and furnace burner. That is why we like Reimer. Although he said we should consider upgrading our really old heating system, he tried to repair the problem.

After doing a good cleaning of the contacts, everything began working just fine. He did no high pressure selling to convince us to buy new relays at $385 each (x2). Instead we were charged less than $100 for the service call and repair. This is why we recommend this company.
