Had a two piece tune up today. HVAC technician was Jonah. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Would highly recommend Jonah, 5 stars! Service:HVAC system maintenance

Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been great. They installed our HVAC system last year and followed up to see if we wanted an annual check-up a couple weeks ago. Jonah was our technician for the check-up. He arrived inside the scheduled window and called when he was 25 minutes out. He was very professional and helpful.

These guys are great! Always patient and through explaining why things aren't working properly. Prices are reasonable. Always arrive on time. Never pushy or trying to up sell me on things I don't need.

I chose to do business with Taylor due to being a local family owned and operated business, only to find out they are owned and controlled by some big company somewhere. Ryan came to my house and patiently listened to everything I wanted work done on. He explained the process, gave several options, and came up with a quote that explained the work to be done, as well as options I may want to pursue. He was friendly and assured me of the necessities of the job. I am very happy with his estimate and the quote was reasonable. While I haven't approved the work yet, I am comfortable with the bid.

My son and his wife purchased a home 12/22 only to find out the inspector did not I uncover a furnace that was throwing out 25% carbon dioxide. They want to have the furnace cleaned only to get this bad news. The furnace had to be replaced. Taylor heating replaced the furnace. Applying the cleaning charge toward the furnace. They were prompt, answering any questions and the installation was done with care and attention to detail. My son and daughter in law along with my husband were very pleased with the service and respect.

We called to have an electrical problem looked at in one of our bathrooms. Andrew was our technician and he did a fantastic job! Ron was very professional in all respects. He took the time to inform me of the various systems and the operations, and what I would have to do to keep things on track. He was open and transparent, and spoke at arms length on the level. I would recommend him and Taylor with no hesitation. Thank you.

Chad did an excellent job diagnosing the problem in my electric furnace. He thoroughly checked everything out and recommended replacing 3 new thermal strips and a sequencer in my furnace to get it back to functioning at 100%. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything to me so I could understand how a furnace operates. He gave me prices on heating options such as a heat pump or a new furnace. Again Chad did an excellent job today.

Explained everything so we knew what will be done, tear down & installation in a easy to understand. Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful. The next day when tearing down and installing was done very professionally. Everything explained as they were working in a easy to understandable. They left area cleaner than when they arrived, very pleased! My only complaint would be instructions for thermostat were not in English, although was in many other languages, which of course we could not decifer.

Jonah arrived to service my AC and from start to finish was friendly, informative, and thorough in his work. From the basic thoughtfulness of removing his shoes to giving me specific readings and explaining what they meant, his service was top notch! Way to go Taylor for hiring such knowledgeable, courteous and hard working people like Jonah!

My husband and I had a really good experience with Taylors. From the estimate to the install service was amazing. EDIT 2/16/23: We had a really high electric bill for Nov/Dec and became more concerned when it went up for Jan/Feb. Turns out we had a leak and were down to less than 2lbs of refrigerant. Called Taylor to come out and Donny was who we initially spoke to to get everything set up and scheduled. David and Michael were our installers and they came 2 days later.

We had to have a variety of things replaced! New heat pump, condenser, coil, line set, drain tube, condensation pump, and some duct work revisions. They spent most of the day here and they did an excellent job. Everything looks cleaner and more streamlined? I think our old stuff was jerry rigged, to be honest. I probably annoyed them for most of the time, but I know so much more now about heat pumps.

They were nice and friendly and answered all my questions and explained things in a way that made sense. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Obviously the best part is that my house is now HEATING and I can keep it above 64°. Will continue to call these guys when needed. (Nov 2021): The power went out a few days ago and when it came back on, the furnace did not.

As soon as I realized that we weren't getting any heat, and tried checking the breaker, etc., I called Taylor and they had a guy out to our house less than 2 hours later. Turns out it was a blown fuse (which I now know how to replace on my own)! We have an old unit, so I went ahead and paid for the yearly maintenance. No complaints and I'll obviously be using them again!

Andrew was very professional, came right in checked all the outlets we had showed him checked our circuit boxed found the problem and solved it. Taylor Electric is a wonderful company. Their electricians are friendly and easy to work with. The back-office team is also on-the-ball and helped us keep things on track. We used them for a service panel upgrade and installation of heaters in a cabin that is a bit far from town. I was impressed they were willing to do the work and very happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

Taylor heating and air came out and installed AC for us. They did a great job and were very thorough. They cleaned up afterwards and also gave us pictures and a run down of how to properly use the newly installed AC. We have previously used this company before and Donny was our technician. Donny, once again has showed his amazing expertise with the ability to diagnose and solve our air conditioning complications. Donny continues to strive with a very professional, attentive, and reliable manner. Donny is an excellent technician and I would most definitely recommend him from time and time again.

Chad was instrumental in getting AC installed in our home. He provided detailed information on what options were available and an estimate of the work to be done. Two days later, Joey and Sean, along with their helpers, were here to install our new system. The installation was flawless. We are now happily enjoying our new AC system!

Both the estimate & install teams were great. I live in a really old mobile home so cutting holes to run wiring isn't a good option. The estimate team bounced ideas off each other & came up with a great plan. A week later the install team arrives & did a fantastic job. Will use them again if the need arises & will recommend to others. The office staff was great too. Good value for the work done & time spent.

My entire experience with Taylor Heating & Air has been fantastic. From the person that came out to give me the estimate, to the office people in getting my install scheduled and assisted with financing to the Tech today that did the install (thank you Joey). This company provides the best customer service and do what they promise. We bought a furnace from them in 2018 and came back when we needed a new A/C. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a consult with Donny on a Wednesday. Very professional and straight up. Looking to make sure I got the best for my house and money. Decided to go with Taylor and had an appointment on Friday to have my air conditioner installed. Joey and Brandon came on time and got the job done in 3 hours. So far so good, and just in time for summer! Recommend to anyone who is needing an A/C unit in the Spanaway/Puyallup area!

Chad was early for the appointment, he is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us options. What I like mostly about this business is that they do not require any payment from you until the job is completed. We have not finalized on the company to go for but Taylor heating and air conditioning is top on the list. I will update after installation if we choose this company. Update.

We decided to work with Taylor heating and cooling. They promised to be at our home between 8am to 10am. Just like the first appointment, they arrived 5minutes after 8am. They have such discipline staffs that values people's time. The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful, they know their craft and fix the unit in a timely manner. After installation, Josh explained what work was done and how to manage the system. Just to add, I got a better deal with this company than what pacific heating and cooling was offering for the same exact product. Good company to work with.

I wanted to add ac to our central heating I had to first upgrade our electrical panel and they did a great job of that. Then they gave me estimates for all the different types of ac I decided to go the more expensive route and get a heat pump. They came when they said they installed it. We had the motherboard go out on our gas furnace during the install they fixed that. They are very professional fast and efficient. They gave me piece of mind. The ac works flawlessly. Thank you!

First thing I noticed when I opened my garage door was a welcoming smile from Ron and a strong handshake. He was professional all the way through the appointment. He gave me a few different options to get my furnace fixed and also let me know about their financing offers. I would definitely recommend this company, with just the little bit I saw. 4 stars!

We called Taylor to come in and inspect and give us an estimate as PSE transformer blew and send a 150 volt power stream to our house, which we were told blew the electric motor on our furnace by Hunt HVAC at a repair cost of $1300, additionally shared with us that they have had a lot of trouble with the brand of furnace that we had installed. Next, a technician from Taylor HVAC came in, inspected our furnace (only 2.5 years old) and told us that the internal breaker in the furnace has popped and he set them, told us to turn the main breaker on the main box for the furnace on and then he stated, that is all, I can't sell you anything when there is nothing broken!

We paid $59.99 for the inspection, previously we had paid $170 to Hunt HVAC for their "estimated" repair cost (also HUNT HVAC did not show up the day they were supposed to, when we called them, they said they were waiting for the "part", the following day they called us and said that they could come the next day, we declined as we could not stay at the house another day for them to show up!), we had already scheduled the same day with Taylor HVAC, showed up on time, sent us emails and text. no problem with them. From the very first message I sent, Taylor was very quick to respond and friendly! They had the best prices around in comparison to all the others I checked (and there were several). Chad came out the next day to do the initial inspection and advised us to go the route that would save us the most money! They were able to schedule a new furnace install for the very next day for 8-10am and Joey and his apprentice showed up right before 8am to start! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude and love for this company. There wasn't a single person who didn't show care, concern or love for me and my family. I'm beyond thrilled with their work, their kindness, their generosity and their friendship the day they arrived (and prior to their arrival thanks to Donny). They have some new friends for life. Dennis/electrician was very efficient and knew exactly what the issue was after I explained to him. He also was very kind and respectful; I was expecting a normal grouchy, know it all electrician - but clearly I was wrong. Also shout out to the office manager/person who assisted in getting me an appointment so quickly! I think she name is Amy? Even after I wasn't able to get in the next day - she called me back and offered a day later - then I got even luckier and she called back later again for next day service (as there was a cancellation). Both made this experience seamless. Will most definitely use Taylor's going forward!
