Today they saved me. I got a plumber from another company to come today to get shut off valves and cap the drains of my unfinished bathroom, the plumber came looked at my bathroom and basically said "Sorry for waisting your time, i dont want to do this job get someone else". I quicked called CPI Plumbing to see if they can help me because my plumber from another company just left me. CPI sent me someone one who arrived just 1hr after I called, he completed the job the same day.they did a great job, great quality of work, the precission, it was worth every penny. Ryan was the plumber, super knowledgeable, kind, and just good at what he does. For sure I will use them again.

While having a new furnace installed we had CPI replace our hot water tank with a circulating pump at the same time The techs were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times. Chris has great attention to detail! He was also nice to all our fur babies (we have 2 dogs who were demanding of his attention as well, haha). Brannigan provided absolutely top-notch service! From the project estimate to the installation work, Brannigan's utmost attention to detail clearly demonstrates his commitment to the highest quality and pride of workmanship. When we asked questions about the work, Brannigan readily shared his knowledge and expertise. For example, before disposing our 16-year-old water heater, he removed the sacrificial anode to explain how it works and to show the extensive deterioration/corrosion.

Trever was my technician. My 70 year old sewer pipe from the house to the city was not flowing. His communication was clear and detailed on what was required. He was respectful of my home, warm and genuine. I appreciated that CPI did not charge a fee to drive to my house. A local Bellingham plumbing company charges $298 to drive to your house, assess the issue and then offers an estimate. I did not choose to go with them. I felt CPI's rate was at par with other plumbing services. I would call them again.

We had a water leak apparently from our outside hose bib that flooded our laundry room. CPI was able to get us on their schedule quickly. Calvin identified the problem which was a burst hose bib. He ordered the part and was able to complete the job. Calvin was professional, answered our questions and even identified a problem we were unaware of on another hose bib.

Brandon Armistend and his partner (I don't remember his name) did a couple of plumbing requirements for me that were on an inspection of my house that is for sale. They replaced a wax ring on one of the toilets and also replaced a leaking hose bib which was a difficult job because of my crawl space. They did get both done and were very informative and courteous. Did a great job.

Bought a 90's manufactured home and needed a full re-plumb to get all the poly-b out, and might as well get a water softener and filters if I'm getting a full re-plumb. Their technician listened to all my needs and concerns and implemented a custom plan that met all of them. In addition, it wasn't until after the work was done that I noticed that they had run a new drain pipe along the outside of my house that didn't look super flattering; on my request they promptly came back out and re-ran it under the deck and looks much better.

We were dire straits. Big water leak. Had to shy water to the house off at the main. Could not get a plumber. CPI was super! They called me right back. Put us on emergency status. Sent a crew out to troubleshoot and then promptly returned and fixed the problem. Trever and his crew were respectful, listened to us and explained everything they were doing. We couldn't be more pleased!

They technician came early, was very polite, and he explained exactly what he had to do. If he was having problems and he had to do a little differently to fix the leak. He took the time out to explain it to me. He also showed me the hole in the pipe. He told me who to go through to dry out the water in my crawl space. I would recommend this company to whoever is looking for a good repairman. I will be using them again.

Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and thorough. My only 'negative' feedback is related to the fact that I was not really prepared for the amount of water mess that was left behind. Had I known there would be water outside our shower - floor, rugs, carpet - I would have thrown down some towels. Otherwise, we are very pleased with what we got.

We have a new construction house with a tankless and the plumbing company that installed it made it so you couldn't shut off any of the valves to flush the unit for maintenance. Brenden came out and fixed the valve and added another one, fixing our issues. Was a blast to talk too and everything looks great!

My original water heater had broke for probably the 5th time. Called for qoutes to install the new one that was purchased from home depot. The appointment was set for 12/15/21 they called to let me know a service team was in my area and could come a day early. This company and the teams respond in timely manner are professional and informative. Henry and Brianna had a tough job and they did so with enthusiasm.
The price is as expected for this kind of work. They helped lower the cost for me incredibly and I am so very thankful for how they worked with me on that. I recommend these guys!
