My heater had gone out and at the most inconvenient of times. It has started to snow that day, cold, windy, and my call was I'm sure unexpected. However the team and technician were so very understanding and responsive to my concerns and issues and were very considerate by squeezing my family in at such a time. They took care of my in laws, and we're so patient with them and with all the questions they had. They replaced my in laws cooler added upduxs which is an amazing addition to their house it keeps them nice and cool all day (without the fighting of opening the doors and windows.) John is a great technician/installer. Covid fouled up the scheduling, and a couple of quarantines made it impossible to get on site. Tina in the office and John doing the installation. They got us scheduled for the first week in December. Three days after the Job started, it was complete. The Job was completed with excellent attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. I was completely satisfied from the moment I called to make an appointment until the moment the service was completed. The repairman was efficient, courteous and adhered to all of the Covid-19 safety precautions. He answered all my concerns and gave me tips on how to do self-maintenance. Not only professional in his field, but customer service was A*. He introduced himself with mask & covers worn over shoes for safety measures. He took the time to explain every step taken to get my air back up & running & in no time I had air.
Before leaving he checked all the vents. All questions was asked & answered. After a job well done I decided to get a service agreement because it is most important to keep up my maintenance. I am very happy with the job they did in my house. They replaced a swamp cooler system that included other upgrades to it. They are very knowledgeable and extremely professional about everything dealing with the job. They keep you informed about what they are doing. Their prices are very competitive! Came home friday to find out that my A/C didn't work. : I called up about 5 different places and was told that they wouldn't be able to come to look at my A/C until next week! I came across total comfort solutions and they were able to come the very next day on a holiday weekend which was great! The price was affordable, service was great and my A/C was fixed the same day in a few hours! I highly recommend!
