Today was my first time working with Grande Air, and I was thoroughly impressed. Isael came out and explained everything he was doing, gave me some tips, and provided estimates of when some of the moving parts may need replacement. He was a great technician and I'd definitely hire the company again.

I can not recommend this company enough! We'd been without AC for 3 weeks and were using another company that made several mistakes making our AC situation worse. We called Grande Air Solutions on a Saturday when the original company we used wouldn't come out to help us. Jaime came out and was so kind and thorough - he knew exactly what was wrong right away.

He saw the mistakes the other company made and was able to get our AC up and running within a couple of hours. It was a major fix and with it being a Saturday night, we weren't sure if he'd want to stay to complete a big project, but he did and he was so nice about it! He even stayed 20 minutes after completing the repairs to make sure the AC was working properly and the temperature was going down. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much, Jaime!

With a terribly moldy supply system Grande's team was there to help. Had a quick competitive quote and the replacement system including air handler and all supply ducts, buckets, grills in just a few days. Removal and install was completed in just 1 day. They also installed a great air cleaner which has drastically helped with allergens and odors in the house. Great folks! I'll definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

If you are in the market for a new HVAC system, I highly recommend considering Grande air. The owner (Izzy) is one of the most honest people I've met and is very concerned about quality control. I replaced my entire HVAC system with them and he came out multiple times to inspect the system after it was installed. I also had something the AC breakdown at a different house I own over a holiday weekend and he called me personally to walk me through some troubleshooting without expecting payment. Very high quality work for a reasonable price. This company goes above and beyond for their customers.

Had my AC go out late on a Friday.great timing right? The temp started to soar in the house and I called Grande Air after 5:00 PM. They were able to dispatch a tech to my house in under an hour. Thankfully it was a pretty easy fix but they got me signed up for a biannual maintenance plan to prevent issues down the road. Couldn't be happier!

Called late at night for a quote for someone to come check our AC. Our house was reading in the mid 80s for a month & we could figure it out & couldn't take it anymore. I'm sure she was the owner and she said she would have someone over the very next day. Ivan came the next day and looked at everything. We found out that the motor in the outside unit was broken. Thankfully it was under warranty and all we had to pay for was labor. He ordered the part the next day and installed it and it was fixed. They didn't charge an arm & leg to come out and inspect it.

A real straight shooter, with a knack for knowing how to explain the specifics to the respective audience. He was able to stop by during a weekend about 4 weeks after the install when a sudden issue came up with about 30 minutes notice! Astonishing!

Ivan and James are incredibly professional, and we're able to diagnose the issue with my ac within one hour. The system was old, and we had already had previous problems before. We decided to get a new ac system installed by them. The installation was done the same day, and we have noticed a 40% decrease in our electric bill over the past nine months.

Experienced AC issues late in the evening scrambling to find 24/7 solutions. Grande was the quickest solution available with regard to response time and sending somebody out. They also kept me updated with phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. They weren't the first option in going through google search for the area, but I'm glad I landed on them.

My AC was blowing warm air, inside my house it was 98° I called Grande Air solutions and they sent Yamel right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it. Ivan, Nico, Barbara and Petra were AWESOME! My AC started to drip on Sunday. I made an appointment for a "check up" on Tuesday, but when the temperature in my home started to creep up, Petra managed to send Ivan out within a couple of hours. Ivan was patient and explained everything he was doing; within 30 minutes he figured out what was wrong, got me an estimate (which they honored to the penny), ordered my parts, and scheduled my repair.

When he found out that the part would have to be shipped, he came back at 8:00 pm to personally deliver a portable AC unit. First thing this morning, Nico (also very knowledgeable and professional) installed our new coil, and now the AC is running like a champ! This team is communicative, efficient, and some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're the real deal and I enthusiastically recommend them!

This is a true professional- honest and thorough. I had done my own quick assessment that our reversing valve on our heat pump was bad. I jumped to the wrong conclusion and he could have charged me big bucks for replacing that reversing valve- that wasn't it, it was that the stat was bad (something I should have caught), and we got it replaced and he only charged me for the service call. I highly recommend Grande to anyone!

I priced out 2 other AC companies before deciding on Grande, they beat the others by 40%. Isael showed up the day before the scheduled appointment to survey the job and did some preliminary work (removed the package unit) in about an hour. The next day they showed up at 8 am sharp and they had our new HVAC system in and operational by noon. These guys know what they are doing and obviously take great pride in their results.

I own a Cellphone wireless business and yesterday my ac was not cooling and i call an ac company to come an fix it but their price was ridiculous they were charging me $8500 to replace the system.
