I called their office on February 16th and spoke to James to ask for a mini split quote. Alan came out on February 21st and was diligent in explaining the process, and got back to me with a number. They had a competitive price, but we went with another company who better met our needs.

Had a heating system failure. Called Elite for a service call 9 am on a Sunday. They had a tech at my home in 2 hours, diagnosed the issue as a carbon monoxide leak. Unit was 30 years old, needed to be replaced. Not really a surprise. Provided a rough quote on the spot. Followed up with the office Monday morning, got a firm quote, gave the go ahead @ 9:30 am.

Crew arrived with a new system at noon. System replaced, online, carpets vacuumed, trash gone, house warmed up by 5PM. Stopped by the next day to follow up, no issues. No drama, no delays. They did what they committed to, and got it done fast while respecting my home. Great job.

Mike came out to fix our main water valve. He quickly responded to our service call, identified the problem, & fixed it very efficiently. He was very fair with his pricing! I knew right away he was someone we could trust (as we had been grossly over quoted a few hours earlier by a different company). God bless him! I will be contacting him again if I need to in the future!

Mike was great! Our water heater needed to be replaced due to leakage and age. He explained what was wrong with it, replaced it, and showed us how to maintain it every 6 months. Also extra details on ingiting it back on as well. Great guy and great personalized service. Will definitely recommend and use again.maybe to attack my old water softener next.

My A/C unit had stopped working and they were very understanding and fast to fix the problem and provide a new unit. They were even HOURS early on installing the unit and getting cold air in my house, which had been getting extremely hot fast. I am very grateful!
