Amazingly unexpected service. They said the first visit is free for evaluation. We had a gas heater go out in our warehouse and has been out for a few weeks. We reached out to the Bee Heat and AC and they (Danny and Kellen) came out within 2 hours. They inspected the unit, cleaned out a valve, tested the unit and it was fully operational. They asked we keep them in mind for all future opportunities and did not charge for the visit. I'm not used to that. We will use The Bee Heat and AC for all of our HVAC needs moving forward. I call the office and offered them lunch and the staff was as sweet as could be. Love and support all small businesses that give you more than an invoice, they provide you with something that is almost unheard of nowadays. "CUSTOMER SERVICE" Thank you!!! 5 stars

I contacted The Bee and they respond first thing the next morning. They were at my door an hour later. Obed came and installed my thermostat and he was awesome, very respectful and professional. Unfortunately later that day my AC started acting up. (No fault of the bee it was just the unit itself.) It was later in the evening so we did have to wait for the next day, but even then they came as soon as they could. Fixed the issue and everything was back up and running! I greatly appreciate Obed and the team and highly recommend!

After collecting quotes from several different HVAC companies I decided to go with The Bee for a new AC. I have a house with vaulted ceilings that presented some challenges and I was really impressed with their commitment to getting it right. After being happy with their service and commutation I hired them to install a new boiler system which is used for heat at my house and was very impressed and happy with the service I received. Adrian, who handles boilers, is top notch. They weren't the cheapest, nor were they they most expensive, but they were committed to doing the job right.

Very friendly when scheduling our first appointment, which was necessary because our AC failed the night before we departed on a trip! They happily scheduled a tech to fix it the morning after our return, on a Sunday! Extremely well organized and informative, from seeing a photo of the tech who was coming to our door to getting text updates prior to his arrival and lots of written and photo documentation afterwards.
Their professionalism is through the roof -- we happily signed up for regular maintenance with them because they totally exceeded expectations (as well as our prior experiences with HVAC folks in other locations). We only wish we could give them MORE stars!

Orlando arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed a part, so he left and returned immediately to finalize repairs. He also gave me excellent insight into how my unit works, the role and source of the water supplies to my system, and things I can do to make sure the system operates correctly. We ended up getting new air conditioner, furnace and tankless water heater a couple of years ago from The Bee. We appreciated that they were honest with us and told us we didn't have to replace right away. Appreciated no hard sell. It was affordable and work was done in a very timely manner. My old furnace had to be replaced this year after many years of small repairs. We had The Bee Heat & AC recommended to us from a coworker and are completely satisfied with our new furnace. Our technicians, Orlando and Zach did a wonderful job installing the new furnace and did a few additional things to ensure my old AC unit would run more efficiently and also ungraded some pipes to bring things up to code. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get quality work done at a reasonable price!

I am so happy with my decision to finally get central air and so satisfied with this company. Customer service was great and Howard made sure to make me feel at ease and really blew the competition away. The installer was very nice, informative and personable. He was steadfast and made sure the job was done. He cleaned up after himself too. I know I went with the right company and that I did receive a very competitive price.
I had been quoted a much smaller unit from another company had doubts that it would do the job. Howard was straight forward with me and told me it wouldn't. Deep down I knew it wouldn't because I had researched it myself. If you have to question if something is right for you, it probably isn't.

Extremely responsive & timely in all communications. Garett was always on time, & explained that initial AC repair to our old R22 unit only worked about 33% of the time. It didn't work, but that repair was fully credited toward a new unit. Competitive pricing saved us a lot of $$. We really appreciated the fact that there was no push to 'up sell' at all. All staff were friendly, polite, & professional. We will call Busy Bee when it's time to do any future HVAC work.

Getting my Summer place ready for a long trip in June. Didn't realize my air conditioning wasn't working as I haven't needed it. Needless to say I just wanted a simple solution free of hassle.
