This company honestly couldn't have been more helpful! right away we knew the service was going to be good with how polite and respectful ken was. Even when breaking the news that we need a whole new ac and heating unit, it didn't seem so bad though with the way he went about telling us. When Tyler and Miciah showed up they got right to work, both being very friendly and efficient through the entire job.

We had a furnace, AC and a tankless water heater installed and relocated. Everyone that I came in contact with were professional and knowledgeable. Top notch customer service! Our AC unit broke not fixable and we needed a new unit at pur home in Trenton. Justin and Rudy were out the next day and installed a brand new AC and replaced and installed many other additonal parts. Great service and I could not believe they were there the next day during the busy season. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased that I called Superior Comfort for an estimate on replacing my brothers outdated furnace and AC in Riverview. This company is top notch from the start to finish! 1st started out with Ken when he came out and that he was very thorough with me with what needed to be done. Thank you Ken! The new furnace and AC installation was started the next day by Justin and Rudy.
These 2 guys worked very hard and fast to get the job done right with being one of the hottest day of the season and on completion everything was cleaned up! Superior Comfort exceeded my expectations 100% Thank you all for a job well done!

Ethan and Donald came out bright and early today thank goodness. It's going to be in the 90s today. They did a wonderful job installing a new air conditioner and some adapter on my furnace. 1st, Id like to say is what and Incredible experience I had with Superior Heating and Cooling. Called and the Lady that answered was so nice. She sent out Greg to check my older ac unit. My old system failed and Greg gave me an estimate that was lower than previous quotes. I Jumped on the estimate, had a furnace in with the quote cause my unit was over 20 yrs old. 2 days later, ETHAN, DONALD AND ZACH came to install my new Rhem system.
They worked all day long, and didnt see take any breaks or lunch. They worked as a team and it was quite nice to see that these days. they were friendly and very knowledgeable of their skills. After completion of install, they explained and taught me all components of my new system. They did not leave till I understood everything about the unit. I bought them pizza for staying focused on this job. My opinion is they are a "VALUABLE ASSET" to Superior Comfort.

Justin, Tommy, and Donald came to my house to fix and reroute my HVAC system in our lower level to eliminate parts of a drop ceiling. They were on time, courteous, professional and extremely diligent. They worked tirelessly, spared no details and completed the install/repair beyond my satisfactions. Even when I told them they had done enough they still came back in to clean up. I highly recommend them.

5 stars, without a doubt! Our furnace gave out early in December - from prompt analysis over the weekend to replacement just a few days later, Superior Comfort was super responsive and professional. The technicians, Justin and Ethan, went above and beyond - they were pleasant, efficient, capable and even though the initial estimate was for a 2-day job, they completed the work in just one day!
