Tavian is awesome. He explained what he was doing and what he was checking for as he worked inside the house. Once he was down from the roof checking on the unit, he showed pictures and explained what he saw. He then gave recommendations for what I needed to do to help the unit keep running in good shape. Matthew arrived before the scheduled appointment which was great for me and he was very professional, polite and showed me pictures of other items that could cause a problem not with my AC but with my roof and some very dirty ducts. I also appreciated Alaskan sending me a picture of Matthew before he arrived so I would know he was the person I was expecting and telling me a little bit about him.

AC died. Called Alaskan and within 20 minutes someone was here to fix it. Nick was great. He knew the problem before he even saw the unit. Fixed it within 20 minutes it was resolved. In less than an hour I went from having no AC to full AC. A little expensive but for rapid response service like that I cannot complain. Will definitely use Alaskan again in the future.

Talking with their office was pretty sweet. They answer the phone right away and scheduled me in very quickly. I was extremely pleased with their work and speed in which they got my air up and running. We were serviced by a gentleman named William who was very personable and actually really funny. I already highly recommend him to everyone!
