Incredibly professional! Came in to do one service, the repesenratige told me i didn't need it, but he recommended to sanitize and clean, since there was no dust. Showed me pictures and evidence of his work before and after. Rob was very professional and honest about the work and what he did. Will definitely recommend and follow up with any other services needed regarding air maintenance and repair.

The technician Rob was terrific. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He showed us actual photos of the problem. He reviewed the options. He was timely, polite, respectful of our home and did a thorough job. He went above and beyond to remove and dispose of each ceiling vent affected. He registered our system for the five year warranty. We are very pleased with the service, product and the company.

Tech named Jay text with date and time for appointment and never showed up, called and spoke with Keith who was going to check into it and never heard back. Update: they have contacted me numerous times and came out to do my duct cleaning, Josh was awesome, he opened up a few of our vents and shined the light up there and showed me how clean they were.
He said he would clean them if I wanted to but didn't recommend that we needed it. I appreciate his honesty. Looking at some of the other reviews, I've seen people get upset about them recommending the UV lights, I used to have my indoor unit cleaned out about every 3 to 4 years and it's expensive because they have to take it apart, since I've had the lights installed, it's been about 6 or 7 years, have not needed it since.
Highly recommend and it's well worth the money, people are saying they are upselling, they are giving there professional advice. I'm glad I took it, saved me money in the long term. Thanks again for following up!

We called to have our air vents cleaned due to us sneezing, eye irritation, thinking it was dust. Matt came right on time and showed me exactly what was going on-bacteria growing in the ducts. He was very thorough and recommended a UV light to prevent the bacteria from coming back after he cleaned it out with a environmental/pet friendly fogger. Upfront about costs. No trying to upsell. Recommend highly!

Brandon came out to clean our air ducts and I cannot speak any more highly of him! He was so professional and honest about our home not needing the ducks cleaned! He gave me all the information about the UV light that they offer as well as the benefits of it! He was not pushy in any type of sales pitch way but was full of information and knowledge! We didn't end up doing the UV light at this service, but I plan to do it in the future! I was able to get an appointment through
