We woke up this morning to our AC unit out. We have only lived in the home for 3 years and didn't know who to call. We called Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning and we were absolutely grateful for their service. Todd was here quick and asked all the right questions to get down to finding a diagnosis. He checked everything out, was very polite, and professional.

He was up front about total pricing before locating a new part for us and installing it which we appreciated. After install he checked to make sure the house was cooling properly and explained to us maintenance and answered the questions we had about our unit in am educated manner. We would definitely recommend them, and definitely call them again if we ever need repairs in the future. Thanks Todd!

We knew we would have to pay above the big deal purchase because we had some issues with our AC. They were very prompt and professional. They did a great job for us.

The first contractor I called replaced my bad capacitor with a used one that did not fixed the ac problem. Very unethical. I called Pacific Coast by googling. The engineer was early and worked on our system the whole time he was in the office. He gave the system a thorough clean leaving the office with a really nice smell when the system is used. He also reprogrammed the settings on the keypad which had not been correct for a long time. Went through all the checks necessary very efficiently. The whole system is working much better now. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our A/C went out this holiday weekend and of course, it was difficult to find a repairman to come out as soon as possible. I messaged Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning this morning and I was given a time frame of 2:30-6:30pm to get someone out to my house. By 3pm, he was gone and the air conditioning was fixed for an insanely reasonable price. I would 100% recommend Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning for any problems you may have.

These guys were fantastic! The dispatch lady I spoke too was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure she could schedule somebody to come out and fix my home A/C HVAC system the same morning. The A/C repairman was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He not only fixed my system but cleaned my A/C coils and flushed my drainage pipe at no charge. Our rep and he was very patient and informative with going through the process of quotation to instalment with us. He was easy to reach through text / email. Come the day of instalment, the two installers were very mindful of keeping their work area clean and tidy. They were very professional and detailed oriented with their work. I have been a builder for 25 years and Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the best company I have ever worked with. They are neat, professional, and respond immediately to any calls. He actually just showed up on a Saturday morning to explain to my plumber how to fix something that he had done incorrectly. I write this review reluctantly because if everyone finds out how great Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning for any heating issue.

Our air conditioner was making a lot of noise. They sent out a technician the same day. he showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us an easy fix. He did not charge us. He was courteous and professional. we will definitely be calling Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning for our ongoing HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Would absolutely recommend! I called a few companies because I was having a an issue with my air conditioner. Jose was able to get to my house fairly quickly. Even called as he was running ahead of schedule so he arrived early. He was great about educating on how the problem occurred, what the potential fixes would be and emailed me later with quotes and varying price point comparison on fixing or replacing my system. All that and he wasn't at all pushy. So appreciated it all.

I used this company for the first time when I needed to have a heater repair done. My AC was working but my heater was not blowing any hot air so I scheduled an appointment with a technician. They came out on time as promised and got my heater fixed. The guy who came out, Andrew I believe his name was, was friendly and explained exactly what was going on with my heater and how he could fix it. He had it up and running before he left and the pricing was very reasonable.

Thank you Javier and Junior for a great installation. Very professional and polite gentlemen. If it wasn't for the yelps review, I wouldn't have found Pacific Coast. Andrew in the office was very helpful and was able to schedule Jose to come out and meet with my Dad in Arleta the next day to give us an estimate on a new unit. After receiving the estimate I had notified Jose that I had two other bids coming in as well and would let him know my decision at the end of day.

After reviewing and discussing the costs, my family and I decided to move forward with Pacific. Best choice ever! They were able to fit me in with-in the same week. Thank goodness the 4th of July weekend wasn't as hot as it was weeks prior. BTW. This was the second time I had used YELP and this is my first review. Thank you Pacific Coast! N.Munoz
