Super knowledgable and helpful. I needed a super quiet unit because it was only a few feet from my neighbor's window. The sales person went through all my options and educated me on noise levels. My new AC works great and you can hardly hear it. Install was professional. I got 5 quotes and Graham was extremely reasonable.

I spoke to Ken today. Nicest man ever! I was given his number thru a friend. I was getting an air conditioner from another company, my neighbors company, but my friend said I should call ken anyway. Ken went thru my whole estimate with me from the company to make sure I was getting a good unit and price. I mean who does that? He said I got a good price and unit.
I am still stunned that he gave me his time and didn't expect anything in return. He was simply helping me out, a person he doesn't know. He will be my first call next time! I love kind people!

This might be the most honest company ever. Came out to inspect for a job I wanted done, told me I didn't actually need it and should just switch to a larger filter that can be bought at Home Depot. Also recommended another company that could do duct work and they did a great job too. Very impressed with how they conducted themsleves, and when I *do* need HVAC work in the future, I'll call them first.

Terrific experience, even just before the holidays! Everything was done very professionally and with meticulous cleanup, from Ken's help deciding where to put the A/C equipment, to the asbestos-removal team in the attic, to Greg's expert installation of the new furnace and a/c system. This team is indeed Dependable!

Perfect service experience. Dale was our technician, he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. He called beforehand, was on time for the appointment (I was the first call of the day Any service tech can run behind depending on other customers issues before an appointment, it is to be expected), had us fixed and working quickly. I'm very pleased with the service, the fee, and Dale's work. Very happy to have a local company servicing our units.

I would highly recommend this company for Air conditioning or heating repairs. The technician that arrived to fix my broken A/c system was on time and very nice. He explained in very simple terms what was wrong with my A/c unit and how much the repairs would be. I was elated at the fact that he did not just try to sell me new equipment, but was actually a skilled tradesmen that could troubleshoot the issue and fix the problem rather than replacing the equipment. Brett came to fix my air conditioning system today, and he was one of the most professional, thorough technicians I've ever encountered. As often happens, by the time he arrived my air conditioning was miraculously working again (for once), but Brett still took the time to meticulously inspect and measure every aspect of the system for potential problems. He found and fixed several issues, and my a/c is now working better than ever. Skilled, honest work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
