Everyone I've encountered at Rhymes over several services has been friendly & professional. Some of the names are Darren, multiple Steve's, Mike, & Ron (but I'm sure I'm forgetting at least a couple). They are responsive to messages, communicate well and are punctual with appointments. I wanted to get quotes for replacing my furnace and air conditioning units as they are 19 yrs old. I thought I should get my "ducks in a row" before I had an issue as I was told last summer I wouldn't be able to get my freon any longer. This place is great! Steve arrived on time, was professional and sent me my bids (4 to be exact) before the day was over!

My husband and I hired Rhymes Heating & Cooling to install an air conditioner to replace our old one that no longer worked. The experience was great, from the salesman to the installation team. The installers were on time, were professional and got the new unit installed within the time frame we were told. They were also very neat, and left a very clean work site. I would definietly use them again.

These folks hit every mark: for professionalism, timeliness and competitive pricing (we always get 3 bids). We have used them now several times and have been happy to see that their company standards are just that: standard, every time! That's tough to find today. The people there in the office and the techs on the road are great. Been with them for 20 plus years. They do great work, don't leave a mess and keep my heating and a/c in good working condition.

Adam arrived at my home well within the timeframe that I was expecting him. He greeted me and I recognized him from a previous service call he had made at my home. He checked the thermostat, the furnace blower then went outside to check the AC unit. He seemed very thorough with his work and when finished he gave me a written report of his evaluation of my AC unit.

I appreciate someone I can call and feel they are trustworthy. I have used Rhymes H & C for several years and if I have a problem they manage to get help for me as soon as possible.
