Excellent service! I highly recommend this company! They came out on a Saturday and fixed a leaking pipe in my cement slab floor. They very carefully removed just a small amount of cement surrounding the downpipe and located the leak. Cut out and replaced the leaking section, and finished up in just a bit over two hours. Great work, and reasonable cost. Hoffman Plumbing is now my go-to company for any future plumbing needs!

Since I purchased my home a little over a year I have had the folks at Hoffman Plumping do a few projects for me. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Rich and Roberto. They arrived on time to fix a bad valve on the Fridge line. Both were super friendly and professional. As a Veteran, I appreciate that this is a Veteran owned company. I will continue to use Hoffman Plumping in the future and highly recommend them.

I called Hoffman Plumbing because my 17 year old gas water heater was leaking. Joe (owner) and Jessie (tech) arrived when they said they would and were professional and answered all of my questions. The removal/replacement took about two hours and Jessie even made some great earthquake prevention improvements. I would highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing for anyone's plumbing problems.

Just wanted to give kudos to Hoffman Plumbing. We just moved into a new home and realized we had a gas valve/line coming up through the floor of laundry room that was in the way of being able to push back our clothes dryer (electric dryer) closer to the wall. On top of that, we are having new flooring installed in a couple days. We really needed this handled before the new floors arrive and Joe was gracious enough to squeeze us in! He was able to remove the line and was the hero of the day. We hope not to need plumbing services in the future, but if we do, Hoffman will be our first call.

I needed a water softener installed (that I already had purchased) so I called 11 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 answered immediately because they had a office administer person who answered the phones. 5 called back the next morning (less than 24 hours). 2 never called back and 2 don't install water softeners. Of the 7 estimates, Joe, at Hoffman Plumbing gave the best day available (in 5 days), the best price (under $300 for labor and under $50 for parts) and best realistic time to the job (under 3 hours).

Everyone else was over week to come out, all other quotes were from $315 to $400, with a minimum of 3 to 5 hours for the job, plus parts/materials. Joe was also the only one that asked if I could take pictures of the existing piping in the garage and water softener unit and send them to him via text on his smartphone. Joe came out on time and finished the job in 2 hours flat!

He beat his estimate in both time and materials. The total job cost $220. This was fantastic compared to one quote that wanted to charge me $400 for the labor and $100 in materials. Joe was courteous, fast, efficient and professional! I would highly recommend these guys anytime!

Had them come out to deal with my on demand water heater. One of those diagnostic issues and he spent the time to get it right. Outstanding service and very pleasant to deal with.

Joe was recommended to us by the real estate agent who helped us buy this house in Carson City. We asked Joe to fix a sewer pipe that was leaking in 4 places, a leaky 2" drain pipe, fix a hose bib that was leaking under the house, and install a new water heater and toilet. The repairs were from the inspection report associated with the purchase of the house and the new installs were upgrades we chose to do. Joe is upstanding and honest, and took his time to make sure he and his customer (us) were on the same page as to scope. We felt his charges were reasonable.

Joe couldn't physically fit to fix the hose bib, but he has lined up an associate to do it. We will be asking Joe to come back after flooring is done, to install the toilet and plumb in a new sink.
