Air Max Mechanical just installed my new home heating and air conditioning system. From guided advice and quality design suggestions we selected a Trane 4 Ton System with all the extras. Installation went smooth and without ant major issues. "Josh" initially came over to evaluate my home and advise me as to what was needed to satisfy my expectations in the system.

He explained the sizing requirements, capacity and performance possibilities of me selected equipment. He remained with the job from day 1 until the system was up and running smoothly, and did I say quietly as well? Really a change from my old unit. I really cannot say enoygh about this business. I had good contact with everyone that I encountered during the entire change prcess and mad some new friends Air Max Mechanical is now my go-to folks for heating and cooling. I am now considering a system for my garage!

Airmaxx was there for us when we had an emergency with our old air handler leaking water. Colonial plumbing couldn't come out til late, and Airmaxx came same day. Josh was courteous and professional. We now have a new Trane heat pump and air handler, high efficiency model, and couldn't be happier. We are now Airmaxx customers. Highly recommended.

Our upstairs AC wasn't working. My husband made the phone call to Air Maxx and Hunter, a service technician, showed up earlier than expected. He explained what was causing the problem and the estimated cost for repair options. We agreed on the repair and he fixed it that day. Hunter was very professional and courteous. We will absolutely call Airmaxx if we have needs in the future. They were great!

I feel the need to give Joshua Smith a great review for the truly professional work he did getting my two air handlers working properly. We have had trouble since installation on these units. We called multiple company's to come fix them, without success. I will let all my friends know, Airmaxx Mechanical gets the job done right! Once again, Joshua Smith and Airmaxx came through for me. Joshua was able to get to us quickly and take care of the problem. Joshua is a true professional. Joshua told me last time that all the employees are well trained. I respect and trust this company.

We have used Airmaxx over the years and have had outstanding service! Their service personnel are courteous, personable and very knowledgeable in their fields. The management personnel are easy to work with and treat the customer with respect! I recommend Airmaxx to anyone in need of their services.

The blower motor on my home HVAC unit went out, and Airmaxx was the best price to come diagnose the problem. They were about $50 cheaper in the diagnosis alone and didn't tack on an extra "trip fee" just to drive to my house. Hunter arrived on time with a teammate. They were very professional, putting on shoe covers to enter the house and everything.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and then quickly went over options they could offer with prices and availability. Hunter made sure to ask a couple of times if I had any other questions, even unrelated to the specific issue at hand, like if any other part of the system wasn't working correctly or airflow itself wasn't where I wanted it. They came back bright and early the next business day with a new motor and exchanged the part and got everything working again.

Our air conditioning unit stopped working last evening. Around 8:30 AM, Airmaxx Mechanical was called to request a service call. At 1:00 pm Steven Warren, a service technician arrived at our house. He was very professional on his arrival and them repaired the air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable about our Trane air conditioner and very efficient in his work.

He explained to me the problem and what he was doing as he proceeded to do the repair. He offered a maintenance contract and explained the terms and cost. He presented the bill, which was paid by credit card and thanked me for choosing AirMaxx Mechanical. I was very pleased with the service received from AirMaxx Mechanical and particularly with Steven Warren, the service technician!

If you have a HVAC problem this is who you need to call. They are timely, professional and stand behind their work!

We are so thankful we made the switch to Airmaxx Mechanical. The technicians are well versed in different systems take the time to explain useful information to the homeowners. It's that knowledge that makes a difference to us. They are professional polite always, very reasonably priced for the services they provide.

After a disastrous first attempt at repair of my old HVAC unit at my rental house with another company, I called Neil Jernigan at Airmaxx Mechanical for one of two bids for a new unit, one from Neil Jernigan at Airmaxx Mechanical, Inc. and one from Woodfin. Neil came right out within 6 hours of my call and met with the tenant and me and promptly notified me that the unit would be expensive to repair and was more than 10 years old and "builder grade." All this was true and accurate.

He warned that repair was "throwing good money after bad" and I agreed. Within 24 hours he and his team were removing the old unit and installing the new! He made special payment arrangements for me as I was a "return customer" and I paid by personal check on the date agreed. He followed up with the tenants to make sure all was well. I would use him again in the future without question.

The difference in the bid with Woodfin was $1000 higher! Plus Woodfin could not install a new unit for two weeks! The tenant was so happy with Neil's good service and he has my business from now on!
