From the time I spoke with the office Rep she knew why the previous Tech turned me away. She was helpful. Once Felix heard my concerns and problem he investigated and knew exactly how to resolve my issue. They serviced out dates unit and we were had air flowing. I appreciate this company and would recommend them ONLY no other company has satisfied me like Five Star.
