Stephen came to do the set up for a gas fireplace installation. The day he came, he communicated when he would be arriving and he was punctual. In addition to completing the assigned work, he willingly answered our questions. We recently purchased this home and were having trouble with the heat. While there, he took the additional time necessary to answer questions about our boiler and correct a configuration issue. As a result, the home is now much more comfortable.

Stephen came by our house to give us a quote for our furnace and hot water heater gas conversion. His pricing was competitive and he was more than willing to help us fit in the work before our upcoming wedding. He gave us excellent advice and we ultimately changed our choice of water heater when he took the time to really explain the pros and cons with us. He was honest, responsive and a very close second in our decision. We really liked him and it was tough not to choose his quote. But I would definitely call him again in a second and I can highly recommend him to others.

Stephen did a sensational job working on my gas fire place recently.
I had tried several other gas fireplace installation companies over the last several months and none of them would help me because it "was not their equipment" or "I didn't do the original install" or "We don't work on that manufacturers products."
I called Stephen and he told me he would be over the next day. He was 15 minutes early (called to be sure it was okay), and went right to work. He took the entire fireplace apart, cleaned everything, replaced the faulty piece, and put it back together. He left the area cleaner than when he had arrived.
The very next day I could not get it to start again. I called him back and instead of trying to talk me through several resets, he said "I'll be over when I finish my last job today." His current customers didn't get pushed back, and his former (me) didn't get dismissed. The problem was my fault and I had to drag that out of him. He fixed the issue and I've not had any problems in the last 30 days (waited to write review just in case).
I will not use anyone other than Stephen again! Great experience.
