Sunday night our water heater decided to stop working, on our house that is only 3 years old (including new utilities). Being out of builder warranty, we had to call someone to come out and check it out.
We called Advantage in the morning, lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get someone in the morning, despite an initial ETA of 2PM-4PM. Jay their tech was great, answered any questions, with a friendly attitude. Jay even went and checked if the water heater was still under warranty, which it was. They went and picked up the part in Elgin (about 30-60min away, depending on traffic).
Got charged the initial quote Jay gave me, before confirming to proceed with the repair, once the defective part was determined. I got a very prompt response on a weekday morning for an emergency when I really needed help, water backing up all over my floor.
