Services
Rick Hoffman has watched the heating and air conditioning business go from simple, basic equipment, to complex machines that require more training and expertise than ever before.
When you are without heat or air our number one priority is to get your system up and running as soon as possible.
We have a large inventory of parts in stock to work towards that goal.
Its very seldom that we can not get a system running at least temporarily until new parts arrive.
Having worked in all areas of the heating business Rick enjoys the service calls the most.

One of the questions I am often asked is How often should I service my furnace or ac unit?
In the field, I would say most times with equipment under 15 years old that every two years would suffice.
AC units that run from the first hot day all summer without a break may need yearly service as they tend to get plugged with debris quicker.
Furnaces that are older than 15 years should have yearly inspections paying special attention to the heat exchanger condition.
The normal on-off cycle of the furnace will stress the heat exchanger components over time, and will eventually cause failure.

Our heating went out in the middle of the night.
We called Rick first thing in the morning and he came within a couple of hours.
He fixed the problem, gave us a few tips, and told us to call him in a week just to be sure the problem didn't reoccur.
It was a refreshing experience of honesty and awesome customer service.
The fan blade on my 1994 AC unit broke.
It had been originally installed by Hoffman by the previous owners of the house, so I called them.
They came out the next day, even though I couldn't be home and looked at it.
