We are a family owned and operated heating and cooling company. We are Eric and Grace Davis and we started Davis HVAC and Home because we believe that every home should feel amazing to the people who live in it. We live in Kansas City with our 3 wild boys, Theo, Julian and Ezekiel. When we bought our first house, long before we had kids, we hadn't planned on buying anything that needed renovation work, but we ended up in a total fixer upper.
Pink bathroom, creaky floors, wallpaper everywhere kind of fixer upper. We ended up really loving working on that house and learned all about renovations and how to make a home a really wonderful place to be. That was 8 years ago and we have since accidentally bought another fixer upper, this time on a much larger scale and are still working late nights long after our kids go to bed.
We realized that we find a lot of joy in helping other people make their houses feel wonderful too and that led us down a path to starting our own company! We are fully licensed and ensured and Eric spent over 3 years training with a seasoned technician that has been in the field for over 30 years.
