We are not in business to pressure customers into buying expensive new systems. Years of experience with furnace repair or air conditioning repair have shown that the majority of breakdowns can be fixed, and will be much less expensive than a complete system replacement.
Neighborly Heating & Cooling Service LLC takes pride in properly diagnosing and fixing the problem the first time, thereby saving the customer money. So, when that breakdown occurs please don't jump to conclusions and think the worst, give Neighborly a try. Neighborly Heating & Cooling Service LLC's service fee is $79.95. The service fee is only charged once per season for the equipment being serviced, and then remains in effect for that entire heating or cooling season.
Should your equipment require additional service you will not be charged an additional service fee, you will only pay for parts and labor.
