They serviced mostly apartment complexes until one year later when Don Caskey decided to get out of the business and Sam Kirk bought him out.
Sam decided to concentrate on taking care of single family dwellings and took a great deal of pride in offering quality service with an unparalleled commitment to the customer.
He built his business based on word of mouth and hired others who shared his philosophy on customer service.
