We take great pride in servicing, repairing, and maintaining all makes and models of heating and air conditioning equipment.
This includes cleaning coils, installing and programming thermostats, new duct work, and Preventative Maintenance.

Check your ceiling fans to ensure they are going forward which means the blades are moving counter-clockwise.
Do not let heat buildup in your home, unplug small appliances and lighting, also do not put larger appliances that give off excess heat near your thermostat.
This will cause the AC unit to run longer than necessary.
Use a programmable thermostat.
You can program a different setting for each day of the week, so when you are not home it will automatically increase or decrease the need for Heat or Air.
If you are adding refrigerant every year than there is more than likely a leak somewhere in the system.
This can be the difference in a unit lasting 10 years without it, and 15 years with a maintenance plan.
A: The most common are: Low in refrigerant, bad capacitor, bad motor, blocked drain line, bad contactor, and blocked air flow.
A: Usually not.
It is more than likely one of the more common problems causing the thermostat to turn off or look broken.
A: There are some things you can do like: check your filter, breakers, safety switches, and the thermostat.
