My boyfriend and I recently moved back to Lakeland from Colorado (where it's blessedly cool this time of year!).
We decided to take up residence in a relative's house that had not been occupied for two years. Needless to say the air conditioner was completely out of freon, and was blowing hot, miserable air. After two days of suffering, I decided to call around. The first place I called didn't even answer, the second place was Proair, and I was greeted politely by Lori, who informed me of a $70 service charge that would be taken off my total bill should I have work done, and that she could have technicians out later the same day.
Just to compare, I called a third place, who informed me of a $75, non refundable service charge, so naturally I went with Proair.
