White Knight Fluid Handling Inc., a subsidiary of Graco Inc., announced 7/19/19 that Graco acquired Heateflex. Heateflex and White Knight websites are merging. White Knight Fluid Handling Inc., a subsidiary of Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG), announced today that Graco has acquired the business of Heateflex. Heateflex offers a wide range of Ultra Pure Heaters including Gas Heating Systems, Industrial Water Heaters, and Immersion Heaters for heating Deionized Water, Chemicals, Gases, and Solvents.

Heateflex's patented heater technologies are found in our PVDF/PFA and Stainless Steel heaters, providing superior performance, purity and cleanliness. These patented technologies make our immersion heaters, industrial water heaters and gas heating systems unique. Our Industrial Water Heaters, Immersion heaters, and all other heaters are flexible in design and are engineered to meet or exceed our customers' application/specification requirements.
