Vaughn Jamgochian, the owner of Jam Air, has been in the HVAC industry since 1986.
He entered the profession as a young man at the suggestion of his father, Ronald Jamgochian.
Ron had worked for a prominant HVAC equipment supplier in the Philadelphia area at the time and saw certain qualities in Vaughn that he thought could translate into a successful career in the industry.
Fast-forwarding 10 years later, in 1996, Vaughn decided that he would start his own business with the knowledge and skills he had accumulated over his first decade in the business.
