We highly recommend yearly service for your heating and cooling equipment, but we'll also be there for that weekend service call in the dead of winter or on that chilly Wisconsin night.

It protects it from getting gummed up by dust and particulates in the air, as well as making the air cleaner for the homeowner.
A system with a well maintained filtering system will last much longer and work more efficiency than one that is neglected.
Each filtering system is different, but a good rule of thumb is 1 month for 1 inch wide filters, while a 4 wide or accordion style filter can often go for 6 months.
Please note these are just recommendations and may need changing more often.
