4 Season Heating & Cooling Inc is a locally owned and operated full service HVAC contractor that offers the finest quality heating and air conditioning systems, installations and service for residential and light commercial customers in Minnesota & Wisconsin. Jonis Chavis, Owner/Technician, has worked all aspects of the HVAC industry for his father's company for 10 years before deciding it was time to start his own company.
He graduated from Minnesota State Southeast Technical College in 2005 and has since then also become gas tight certified, NATE Certified (North American Technician Excellence) with an emphasis on Air-to-Air Heat Pump and is a certified installer for Triangle Tube boilers.

Air Cleaners are high efficiency filter systems that eliminate odor, destroy bacteria & viruses and reduces pollen, dust & pet dander.
They are installed into a forced air furnace and replaces your existing furnace filter.
It has a carbon media filter that needs to be replaced 1x/year and a UV light built in.
Air Exchangers take the stale air from inside your house, exhausts it to the outside, bring in fresh filtered air from outside directly into the house.
These include: Air Cleaners, Air Exchangers, Air Filters, Humidifiers and UV Lights.
