Shane grew up working with his father who ran a plumbing and excavating company, then he moved on and worked for a well company learning yet another trade.
Eventually he came back home to Amery where he went to work for Ron's Plumbing & Heating in Almena earning his plumbing license.
In 2009 Shane founded Royal Flush Plumbing & Heating, LLC.
Amanda earned her degree in Marketing in 2001.
Since then she has worked several different aspects of business including working as an Administrative Assistant, Marketing Representative, Sales, and later moving onto Business Development.
