They were suppose to be on a "preferred" program. In which they paid extra money for. After being told it would be mid afternoon and then when they called at 3:00, they were told they were last on the list. Dell went out and fixed their unit! They didn't have to extra pay for the service!

With our service contracts we will have a service tech at your home in spring and fall, to make sure your system is running at its best, before you turn on the AC or Heat for the season, this also helps avoid costly repairs!
