This is our second time using Above + Beyond Services, recommended to us by friends, and we couldn’t be happier! We enrolled in their annual maintenance program for our tankless water heater, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Their team is efficient, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Above & Beyond truly lived up to their name! When our heater broke down, they were at our doorstep within an hour of our call. Archie Robertson, their technician, quickly identified the issue—a faulty exhaust blower—and had our system running in no time. Archie didn't just fix the immediate problem; he also performed a thorough inspection of the entire system to ensure everything else was in good condition. He patiently explained the situation in simple terms and provided a clear quote before proceeding with the repair. We will definitely turn to Above & Beyond for any future heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommend their services to anyone.

I called Above + Beyond Service Company at the end of the day and the owner came right out to my house to look at my air condition that was no longer working. He did a thorough inspection of the system and provided several great options for replacement. The next day they installed a great AC system at a very fair price. The installation crew was very friendly and professional.

Our AC was out and my house was 89 degrees! Jesse showed up and took care of the problem right away! He talked with us about our ongoing AC issues and came up with a plan. Last yr after a no show from another company. Above and Beyond was at my house with in 30 minutes of me calling. And once again we had other issues last night with our AC (that’s 21 yrs old) unit they were here first thing this morning and the house is feeling much better. I highly recommend this company!!!

Absolutely the best service we have had here in Edmond. I was skeptical at first trusting anyone as where we came from in the Lawton area there are so many integrity issues. We needed a company that was able to not only do everything we needed done from our home inspection report but to follow up with their work if any issues arose. Above and Beyond has exceeded our expectations by far!! The techs are amazing and the office girls are so nice. Everyone has been accommodating and very professional especially with my changes and add ons with the plumber. I can only remember 2 of the names, Miciah as our plumber and Jesse as our main HVAC technician! The customer service has been on point every single time they come out! With our size house and being we just moved in they have been out here many times in just a month to upgrade, fix or adjust our plumbing and HVAC systems! I would recommend this company to anyone!!
