Roger Money began working in the HVAC industry in 1977 and his son David Money entered into the industry in 1993.
David opened his own business, Money's A/C and Heating (MACH), in 1999.
During that time David also helped Lathan Ostwalt of Troutman S/M Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.
After taking over Troutman S/M Heating and Air in 2004 formally located at 235 South Eastway Drive in Troutman we relocated to 190 Wagner Street across from the Troutman Post Office.

12-Year Dependability Promise: If the heat exchanger (the major component of your furnace) or the compressor (the most important part of your air conditioner or heat pump) fails within the first 12 years (when registered), or 5 years (not registered) we'll replace the product with like product under the Maytag Dependability Promise program.
Not all products qualify.
Limited Lifetime Heat Exchanger Warranty: When you register your new Maytag furnace or gas/electric packaged system, we will also extend the heat exchanger warranty from 20 years to the limited lifetime heat exchanger warranty.
