When not engaged in the heating and cooling business, our President (Doug Anderson), is very active in the Mount Olive Community. Doug Anderson was named Mount Olive College Alumni Business Associate of the Year in 2010. The award, presented by Larry Dean, a former professor and baseball coach at MOC, recognizes a successful business which is led by a Mount Olive College alumnus.
Anderson attended Mount Olive College from 1966- to 1968 and left to go into business with his dad. He returned to MOC in 1986. Anderson has served as president of Anderson Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. He is an active member of Faison First Baptist Church where he holds many roles including Trustee, Sunday School Teacher, and Deacon.
