Hans has been working in the heating and plumbing industry since he was 14 years old.
Learning from his Grandfather and his Dad, he chose to continue on.
Hans moved to Maple Lake in 1999 while working for another plumbing company.
After getting his Master Plumber license and Mechanical Contractor license he chose to start Melgaard Services on 2003.
He continues to get busier every year but chooses to stay small and deal with every customer directly instead of sending an employee out.
