Services
JenTer Technologies has a solid reputation as a premier heating element producer and wire processor, meeting the needs of our commercial and industrial customers for many decades.
We deliver high volume, fully automated production as well as lower volume customized speciality production.
JenTer Technologies is the perfect production partner for your company!
JenTer was incorporated by Jan & Wes Okrasinski in September of 2000 and named after their daughters Jenny & Terri.
The business started as a part of a larger company where they made wiring harnesses & heaters for a wide variety of different applications.
Foil heaters are ideal for low moisture applications that require a cost effective, reliable, robust, long lasting heat solution.
Foil heaters conform to specific custom patterns for even or concentrated heat distribution within customer applications.
Foil heaters can be used in temperature ranges below 600°F (316°C) while eliminating expensive and complicated bracket mounting.
Foil laminated heaters typically contain a flexible fiberglass heating element laminated between two sheets of foil coated with a liner-backed adhesive.
Open coil heating elements remain one of the most popular heating elements in use today.
Whether utilizing nickel/chrome or iron based alloys, open coil heating elements provide controllable electric heat in a variety of residential, commercial and industrial applications.
JenTer Technologies, can produce these heaters on ceramic or mica forms using AWG 16 to AWG 40 gauge wire.
600VAC Maximum.
These elements typically contain one or more resistance coils, a thermostat and a thermal fuse.
Some complete assemblies will contain voltage dropping coils to provide a low voltage source for PM motors.
Flexible fiberglass heating elements (often referred to as "Rope" heaters because of their flexibility and appearance) are fabricated by helically wrapping resistance wire around a core material.
This cordage can then be covered with one or multiple walls of braided fiberglass yarn as the insulation.
We currently produce rope heaters with resistance values from 0.05 Ohm/Ft up to 11,000 Ohm/Ft.
Multiple alloys, gauges and stranding combinations are available.
All fiberglass rope heaters are built per UL-499 standard (Electric Heating Appliances) and are recognized per UL file# E218455.
If you're looking for top-quality silicone rubber-heaters, you're in the right place!

When it comes to heaters, many of us will find ourselves choosing between the popular options of flexible aluminum foil heaters, polyimide heaters, and silicone rubber heaters.
But silicone rubber heaters do come with their unique advantages.
Silicone rubber is more durable and rugged, offering great wear protection from both abrasion and mechanical damage.
