Collin started as an apprentice and quickly moved on to become a HVAC/Plumbing Technician, he traveled to Arkansas for HVAC training after learning the trade from his father.
Collin is working on his Journeyman's Plumbing license, Mechanical Contractor's and his EPA certifications.
In his free time he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
Tim started working with M&M in 1996 as a steel fabricator and HVAC Install lead.
He takes great pride in his craft as it is evident in his finished product, his skill and workmanship is second to none.
